    ID 15 (FRP)

Player(s) being reported: ID 15 Date of interaction reported: August 2, 2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1564731700 Your characters name: Charles Luijang Other player(s) involved: ID 7 and the rest shown in the evidence. Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? Me and ID 7 repeatedly told him to unlock his car while a gun being pointed at ID 15 close range and he wouldn't comply, he kept saying "I'm not scared of you" and showed no fear for his life. Also sorry if the video has delayed audio I don't know why that happened. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/wevmv

Did you not see @vacant's video? cause I can clearly hear myself multiple times. also why would I have roleplayed this? the animation clearly shows as I've tested this before in multiple occasions. Feels like you are trying to get away with so many things that are not true and I'm not gonna believe until I see proof from your side. You could've told me oocly that my voice wasn't working or my gun somehow wasn't pointing at you. You waited until your friends showed up (I don't know how they showed up because you never sent a text or used a radio) and started complying like nothing happened. As for the people in clown masks (ID 99 and ID 33) and ID 112 they are clearly metagaming as 112 did say he used a third party application to communicate with his friends in-game. Hope to hear from mods soon.

  7. I (Charles_Luijang (ID 202)) who was the driver of the black Exemplar was called for backup by Adi_Cohen (ID 181) and Tj_Caj (ID 188), they told me that some seaweeds were shooting and them and needed help. I went to where they were to help them but their green car got stalled and they got in my car, I was circling around the highway calling for more backup when the "Deathmatching" happened, from what I was told there were a lot of seaweeds shooting at them they all look the same so they had no idea which one to shoot.
