  1. TRANSFER REQUEST Character to Transfer From: Niki Zhou Character to Transfer To: Regan Shaw Requested Transfer: Asset #1 Hakouchou Drag Asset #2 Street Blazer Asset #3 $300,000 Reason for Transfer: I'm playing Regan 99% of my time and would like to use the assets I farmed on the character I actually play. I'm leaving two vehicles and plenty of money on Niki for if I return to playing her again, but I am shifting my main character to Regan and am hoping to use my assets on her instead. Thank you. How would you transfer the asset(s) if approved? Torsten Church or Nova Zhou would assist with this transfer.
  2. 酷刑 Jason Steel has made many enemies in his day, and paid few of his debts. When Steel was seen approaching the Paleto clothing store late one night, four Triads knew it was the ultimate opportunity to take their revenge. They quickly threw their hoods up, gloves on, and moved in to take him somewhere out of the way so they could show him what happens when you cross the Triads. Upon arriving at their destination, Steel seemed relaxed, cracking jokes and trying to talk his way out of the situation. The Triads, Nova and Niki Zhou, Charlie Fang, and Lucy McMahon, moved him to the basement of the farmhouse in Grapeseed and tied him to a chair. When he saw the Bunsen burners, chemicals, and weapons below, his demeanor quickly changed. The cocky, confident ex-detective devolved into a man begging to be released. It was going to be a long night for Steel. Steel had arrested Niki twice, one of which he had admitted was a setup. She had waited a long time to take her revenge on him, and she wanted it to hurt. She started by dragging her knife down his arm, careful not to cut him. Then, Niki lit the Bunsen burner on a table nearby and held her knife over it, heating the metal, then walked back over to Steel and exposed his shoulder. Without warning, she pressed the burning metal to his skin parallel to his shoulder, letting it sizzle and singe as he screamed. Knowing they needed to keep him quiet, Niki and Lucy gagged him with a rag, and Nova put a gas mask over his face to protect him from the chemicals later. After he was gagged, Niki returned to the burner and heated the knife again. This time, she pressed the knife into his skin at a 90-degree angle to the first, making a Triad “T” on his left shoulder, ensuring he’d remember who he’d screwed over and that he’d think twice about doing it again. His muffled screams escaped the gas mask, and Niki told him to stop screaming or she’d have to start cutting him next. Nova had a particular plan in mind, and began heating chemicals for a “science project.” While she prepared, Lucy decided to have some fun with jumper cables. She went outside and found an old car battery and grabbed jumper cables from their vehicle. She attached them to his chest and turned the battery on, sending a shock through Steel’s body. He fought violently against his restraints, protesting incoherently and trying to knock his chair over. He began hyperventilating, and Niki pulled the gas mask off and punched him, demanding he calm his breathing. Charlie and Niki then held the chair still as Lucy prepared another charge. His screaming permeated his mask as she sent a volt through him again. He fought his restraints so roughly, Steel began cutting his hands on the rope, but he couldn’t break free. Lucy decided to take it a step further as they waited for Nova to finish. She took out her knife and carved her name crudely into Steel’s arm, deep enough to ensure a scar. Steel was once again breathing rapidly, and Niki held a knife to his throat, warning him for the last time to calm his breathing or she’d cut him with her knife. He complied. Nova checked her concoction again, and it was time for the grand finale. She had prepared a mixture called Aqua Regia, otherwise known as “royal water.” As she moved closer to him with the beaker of chemicals, she explained how it works. It consists of a mixture of hydrochloric and nitric acid, which can dissolve metals. Using the mixture on metal releases a poisonous vapor into the air. The vapor alone could easily kill someone without a mask, but the dissolving acid could burn him as well if he didn’t escape fast enough. Nova decided to let Steel play a game, the reward for winning being escaping with his life. Steel began fighting even more aggressively, trying to escape the chair. Lucy, Charlie, and Niki all three held the chair to keep him in place. Nova instructed everyone to gather any metal in the room, and the piled it around his feet and the base of the chair while Niki kept the chair in place, balancing her weight against his fighting. Nova decided to make things interesting, and she cut one of his hands free to help him escape, pulling his watch off his wrist as a souvenir. As she cut the restraints, he made another last-ditch effort to break free. This time, no one stopped his struggling. He fell to the floor and crushed his still-bound wrist. Nova straightened his chair, and asked Charlie to come over for a Fang Finisher. Charlie picked a knee and raised her hammer, slamming it down on his kneecap. Jason wailed again, breathing rapidly and on the verge of passing out. The Triad girls all made their way to the exit, and Nova threw the mixture on the pile of metal. They left him there in the basement, one hand free to escape if he could, and drove away from Grapeseed, their mission accomplished. After the Triads exited, Steel began fighting the restraints again. The room was quickly filling with gas, and the gas mask was his salvation as he tried to break free. He snapped the rope on one of his feet, then the other, and fell forward onto the melting metal. He tried to push himself up but fell hard as he put pressure on the damaged kneecap. He crawled to the staircase and propped himself up on the rail, leaning heavily on it as he made his way up. Once he reached the top of the stairs, he pulled off the mask, spit out the rag in his mouth, and collapsed before passing out.
  3. Maybe instead, PD can utilize the tools they already have: high speed units, helicopters, spikes. Maybe some training on spotting and maneuvering on high speed chases. Sure, drags are probably more accessible cost-wise than they need to be right now, but just increase the price slightly. Ten mil is quite a stretch for a bike that top speeds with the rest of them.
  4. Player(s) being reported: ID 24 Date of interaction reported: August 29, 2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1567107579 Your characters name: Niki Zhou Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. How did the player break the rule(s)? I'd been chasing this guy for quite a while as he stole my friend Tony's bike. Tony wasn't around, I was the only one there and didn't have a radio to notify him. 24 crashed the stolen bike twice, first time downing his friend and the second time downing himself. I made sure the bike was secure and notified Tony where I was so he could come rob the guy and get his bike. While waiting, 24 left the server, preventing any RP regarding the stolen bike or his items. He even baited me before logging by saying 'you're really not going to rob me?' I waited 15 minutes after the log and he never came back. Evidence of rule breach:
  5. Issue Being Reported: When I launch RAGE Multiplayer, the version is up-to-date and the direct connect IP is correct. I launch through direct connect and it automatically loads the story mode of GTA instead of Eclipse. I've launched GTA Online and completed the tutorial. Date and Time of Issue (provide timezone): 7/24, pretty much all day today Your characters name: Niki Zhou Other player(s) involved: N/A Evidence and/or notes worth mentioning:

    ID 30 Deathmatch

Following me for four minutes after attempting to rob me surely breaks the theft rule regarding taking things not in the area of the theft occurring. 15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Players cannot force their victims to hand over assets that are not present in the area. Also, it's entirely unrealistic that you would follow someone directly behind them completely in sight for that amount of time to their destination. That is not valid RP, and no person in their right mind would go to their house with you following them like that. Your excuse for following me at that distance makes absolutely no sense.

    ID 30 Deathmatch

Hello, I'm ID 77 in the car with 30. The poster (27) attempted to rob me at gunpoint before this interaction. Upon discovering I had nothing in my pockets, he let me go but began following me as I was trying to run to my destination. I text 30 what had happened, and he asked for my location. After 30 showed up, I got in his vehicle and we attempted to drive away. 27 continued to follow us and wouldn't leave us alone. 30 warned him to leave, he did not (just sat on his bike behind us), so 30 got out of the car and pointed a gun at him. Because he wasn't leaving, 30 told him to get off the bike. He THEN decided to drive away, at which point he was shot. I've provided video from my point of view starting from the robbery. My mic didn't come through this recording as I had to change headsets, however my part of the conversation is not relevant. If 27 wants to dispute it, he can post the entire video. According to the rule he posted above, the shooting was valid based on this subpoint of the rule: Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property.
  8. Player(s) being reported: Don't have name, just ID 97 Date of interaction reported: 6/5/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1559779104 Your characters name: Niki Zhou Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: Theft from New Player 15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Players cannot force their victims to withdraw money from an ATM, sell property, or sell vehicles. Players cannot force their victims to hand over assets that are not present in the area. Players cannot steal from players with “NEW PLAYER” above their head unless it is in retaliation. Players with the (( NEW PLAYER )) tag that deliberately insert themselves into or start active crime scenes lose their new player protection during those illegal activities. Players may not steal from their faction treasury as the F4 menu is OOC. Permission for prison break must be approved by a Moderator+ prior to the attempt. Players may participate in no more than 1 prison break attempt within 1 OOC week. Official Factions may attempt 2 additional breaks in the case the prisoner is the faction leader. Players are allowed to kidnap or to take other players hostage for these specific reasons: • You have to have a roleplay reason to kill the victim in accordance with the a, b, and c points under DM section. • If you attempt to commit robbery of a property, you are allowed to hold the players within that property until you have finished the robbery. An NPC is not a valid hostage. • If a hostage situation involves police in any way all of players involved in holding the hostage may not take another hostage for 1 OOC week. How did the player break the rule(s)? I am a new player. I was at the farm doing my farming job and this player drove by. Upon seeing me, he turned around, drove up to me, and got out of his car with a gun. He proceeded to rob me and take my items, then drive away. The discord conversation heard in the background is between me and a friend that does not play on Eclipse. This was not OOC information to benefit the situation for myself. Evidence of rule breach:

Per this forum's report rules, it does not state my video requires sound. "Evidence of the rule breach is required such as a screenshot or video. Evidence from other players may be used and it is permitted for that player to post concrete evidence for you." I'm happy to cut the video into screenshots if you would prefer that.

The software I'm using to edit didn't render sound. What are the best software to use so I have it for the future? I know I'm new, but it seems a bit ridiculous to deny something this blatant, you can see he didn't speak to me before trying to run me over via text or audio chat.

Player(s) being reported: Don't have name, just ID 56 Date of interaction reported: 6/4/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: It's blurry after conversion, I believe it is 155872755 Your characters name: Niki Zhou Other player(s) involved: Unknown (ID 56) Specific rule(s) broken: Deathmatching, specifically Vehicle Deathmatching Deathmatching: Deathmatching is the act of killing or attacking other players without having a valid in character reason to do so. There’s different categories of deathmatching: Mercy Killing: Mercy-Killing is a form of deathmatching and non-roleplay that describes when a player attacks or kills another player who is injured in order to expedite their death process. This can result in a deathmatching classed punishment. If the player being killed asks to be killed (OOCly or ICly), the player asking to be killed is breaching the non-roleplay rule. Revenge Killing: Not only does Revenge Killing break the New Life Rule, it also breaks the Deathmatching rule too. Revenge Killing is a term that describes a player that kills another player simply because they’ve killed them before. With the New Life Rule in effect, your character will lose all memory of the events leading up to their death, including the identity of the killer and the fact that the killer killed them in the first place. Vehicle Deathmatching: Vehicle Deathmatching is a term used to describe a form a deathmatching in-which a vehicle is used as a weapon without having a valid reason to do so or using a vehicle as a weapon incorrectly. An example of this would be using a vehicle to ram into a police officer simply because they are a police officer. Using a vehicle as a weapon should be your last resort. Vehicle Deathmatching is the most severe form of deathmatching. Kill on Sight (KOS): Kill on Sight is a term used to describe a roleplay scenario in-which you just kill or attack a player without performing any sort of roleplay. Kill on Sight is only permitted when the player you’re attacking had previously threatened your life in the past 24 hours where NLR hasn’t been triggered (this excludes weapons aimed by law enforcement), a theft of item(s) valuing more than $75,000 (excluding vehicles), or if the life of your close friend or ally is threatened and you've witnessed this happen. How did the player break the rule(s)? I am a new player. I was running down the highway to get back to town and this player tried to hit me but missed. He then reversed and drove at me again, succeeding. I did not get fatally injured from that hit. The player then drove off and turned around on the highway ahead of me. About two minutes later, he came back from behind and ran into me again, fatally injuring me, and then ran over me two more times before stealing my items and driving away. Evidence of rule breach:
  13. I am a new player. I was running down the side of the road on the highway and ID 56 tried to run me over. When he missed the first time, he backed up to hit me again and succeeded. I did not go down. He then drove forward and turned around on the highway. About a minute or two later he came back by while I was alt tabbed and hit me again, killing me. He then backed up multiple times to run me over, then looted my body while I was on the ground. He took my bag, my gun, and my water.
