  1. Player(s) being reported: ID 85, 200, 40 Date of interaction reported: 23/08/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1566520908 Your characters name: Karl Suptic Other player(s) involved: Tyrell, Sawyer Beckettt Specific rule(s) broken: 12. New Life Rule (NLR) The new life rule is triggered whenever a player’s character spawns at a hospital. Players cannot force their own death. The deceased character loses memory of their death, the events that caused it and the information collected in that time frame. Example: A player is killed in a robbery. The player’s knowledge of the robbery, the robber and their death is not usable by the player in their new life. All parties involved must avoid interaction with each other for 30 minutes. A player must not return to the area of their death for that time frame or attempt to retrieve lost possessions from involved players. An exception is made for government faction members who may provide a faction duty service, though their memory being lost and inability to retrieve assets still apply. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. How did the player break the rule(s)? Killed me with no demands and also shot at the bifta who was not under fear rp as her engine was on, then less than 30 minutes later does the same thing. Same car so they knew it was us. Also, I pressed F to enter the car before he said the demands but still proceeded to shoot me, also robbed a new player twice. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/uj1zs - First kill https://streamable.com/13fg7 - Second
  2. Player(s) being reported: ID 66 Date of interaction reported: 18/08/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1566126016 Your characters name: Karl Suptic Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. How did the player break the rule(s)? Attempted to arrest him, tells me "fuck off" and logs out. Waited 15 mins no response and even tried to contact him on discord. Evidence of rule breach: https://prnt.sc/ou65ur - Attempted to contact on discord https://streamable.com/16vtk - Evidence http://prntscr.com/ou66ln - Waited roughly 17 minutes for his return.

Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 41 combat logged during a shootout with police, this evidence I will be sent shortly as it was witnessed by another player, 5 minutes after the gunfight, 41 logged back in and potentially metagamed with ID 65 to come pick him up from the location, this is when I spotted 65 carrying 41 somewhere, followed them and got into a gun fight, i injured 65 pretty bad and he ran away and combat logged. I returned to 41 and he also combat logged for a SECOND time. Evidence of rule breach: I will send it to the person who is dealing with the report privately as it contains a personal chat in the background.
  4. +1 its been suggested so many times already
  5. @MrSilky Thank you for the reply, but I'd like to ask why the other player was not mentioned? He logged out and never informed me of his return straight after committing a crime.
  6. Player(s) being reported: ID, 143, 44 Date of interaction reported: 06/08/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1565050807 Your characters name: Karl Suptic Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 9. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was in a pursuit with the warrener and they crashed, so i go out of the vehicle and gave them demands, they completely ignored them and ran away, I shot one of them and then went to look for the other, then i disconnected and when I came back the guy who I shot was no where to be seen as well as the other guy, I know the other guy who got away logged out because when I logged back in I had his ID LOL!!!!!111111 I waited for a long time, as you can see from the ID in the screenshot. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/qmwb1 Here is where they run from me and I kill one, then code 0. https://streamable.com/7co20 Here is me logging back in with his ID and the man is gone. Here is the UNIX when i finally leave the scene.
  7. Not sure what you don't understand about no demands
  8. Do I look like a psychic to you? If I did see you it would NOT count as logging since you made ZERO demands. By that logic, no one is allowed to log out of the game if someone is present near them. I went to my house to log out as it's where I keep my vehicle and it's in a private location. I'm refraining from replying now cause this is so unproductive lmao.
  9. I'm not going back and cutting the clip unless an admin requests it, I think it's very irrelevant if I did or did not since no demands were made. No replies until admins needs me. Thanks 🙂
  10. I mean regardless if it i did or didn't, i clearly didn't notice you and no demands were made until after I logged out.
  11. I could post the clip, but as you made no demands nor did I hear them, it wouldn't matter.
  12. I was heading off that character on to my alt, I clearly didn't see you in the footage. https://streamable.com/ecxfv
  13. Player(s) being reported: 248 Date of interaction reported: 19/07/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1563574575 Your characters name: Karl Suptic Other player(s) involved: 36 (i guess?) Specific rule(s) broken: 9. 11. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. 10. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. How did the player break the rule(s)? I have a few uncertainties about this one, first off, I believe it's against the rules to steal or attempt to steal a helicopter, secondly at 0:45 when i press the panic button he was completely turned away from me and could not of seen me do it, especially from that distance, and his friend did not tell him about it so, how would he know? thirdly I told him to get in his car and go away and once he got in pulled out an uzi and shot from it WHILE HAVING MY GUN POINTED AT HIM, in my opinion if someone is sparing your life and already called a panic alarm to the location you would drive away immediately, not stop and shoot an uzi with a bunch of witnesses present. seems really non rp. 15. Player(s) being reported: Player 282 Date of interaction reported: 30/06/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1561931912 Your characters name: Andre Caprisun Other player(s) involved: Wanted members Specific rule(s) broken: 7. IC and OOC Interactions Players are required to remain in-character (IC) at all times. Text chat, VOIP, radio, phone and commands like /ME and /do are to be used only for IC content. IC content must not contain acronyms like “lol” or “u” or smiley faces excluding IC SMS. For OOC content, players must use chat commands that encase the content in brackets. For example: (( this is OOC content )). OOC chat commands are /OOC, /O, /B, /PM and /F. OOC videos or screenshots can be used as IC evidence only if the footage contains the character using the /RECORD command to hold a phone in their hand. Property interiors can have cameras only if the owner roleplays installation and takes time stamped screenshots with the camera angle as evidence. Exteriors only if there is an object. You may roleplay a hidden camera, wire, or dash cam in a vehicle if recordings are unedited and include roleplay starting and ending. Attempts to search must be answered truthfully in /do. Sexual, torture, or extremely gross roleplay is allowed only if all involved parties (participants and witnesses) have agreed to it in OOC text chat, prior to the actual roleplay being performed. Only administrators are allowed force pause RP or investigate rule breaches. Only administrators are allowed to void roleplay scenarios at their discretion. Players are welcome to voice their opinion but should never disobey administrators. A /REPORT does not pause roleplay unless an admin does so. 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. How did the player break the rule(s)? I arrived here because i got a radio call from my fellow crew members, this guy stole a cop car with a new player in the back so we told him to get out of here but he turned the engine off and couldn't turn it back on so we told him to get out for and he obliged at first, i frisked him and he rp'd just fine, then i said ok we're done here and walk about 5 steps away then a gang member reminded me to take his battery and thats where it all started, he refused to give me it because "i already walked away" for some reason he thought it was against the rules to walk 5 steps away and come back to resume the robbery, baring in mind he never once didn't have a gun pointed at him. so after mixing OOC and IC a whole lot and us telling him numerous times in OOC chat to stop mixing, he kept responding to our OOC chat IC and kept saying admins are coming, completely ignoring all the guns pointed at him and started fear rping. Also, don't forget the "immigrant" remarks. just watch the clip, it's the worst case of RP I've ever dealt with. Evidence of rule breach:
