I don't understand why you're mixing an IC issue, such as the recent lack of mechanics, with the removal of the number. You can see the engine light and figure out whether you gotta go to the mechanic or not. It's not like mechanics are going to come to your request asap if the condition of your vehicle shows as a number. LoGiK

I can live without colors and wallpapers but I believe what we need right now is a phone app for our cars. /vehiclestats and /showvehicles should be removed while the phone should have those features. Now that I think about it, it's quite unrealstic to know know what's up with your cars when your phone is dead and maybe you have no electronic devices on you.

I agree with what it has been said in this as I have been a pilot for 2+ years myself. We never call out a vehicle only for speeding unless we can barely keep up when going 170+. If you break a traffic law, a cruiser may spot you if it's in the area. If you drive like a complete maniac, a helicopter may spot you if it's in the area. A helicopter is not going to get you a citation for going 100/110 because it's hard to determine your speed but it may follow you to see if you do something wrong. Helicopters can barely see cars and are not going to see motorcycles after 1200ft so you are able to hear them if you turn the engine off. If you think a heli is following you, there's multiple ways to make it so they can't get you for anything but I am not going to say it here for everyone to know

If the only thing that would grant you DM rights (a reason to hurt or kill an individual) are your demands then they have to be clear and you should give the victim enough time to do what you are asking. You can receive a DM punishment if your demands are not valid and/or there isn't enough escalation.

In my opinion it should be allowed but only in certain circumstances. Some players say "kill yourself" and even imply that you should do it in real life. Some say it in every interaction you have with them, no matter how pleasant it may be, and they say it more than once or spam it. I believe it should be something you would say only in heated arguments. A recent report has been ruled as OOC toxicity for saying "kill yourself" + something that made it sound like they intended in real life. I agree with the ruling of the report as the intention was to insult the player OOCly through IC voip. I don't think someone should be punished for saying "kill yourself" especially if it's during an arrest or an argument. However, if the player spams it (and it happens a lot) or goes out of their way to make it an OOC insult, just like in the report, it should be seen as OOC behavior/toxicity.

The options/opportunities/realities you mentioned do not require script support to be promoted and to function. Tidus Law did some effective advertising with his calendar and all he needed was a google account and talk to people IC to have them promote their own things. It is quite obvious that working and making money is not going to be as easy and effective as it is for an official faction such as weazel or dcc. That's why to us it is more of an IC issue. If you were talking about being a mechanic I'd say yeah, you are right, lack of script to offer services to a player. OOC issue.

There have been players that ran and advertised their own "uber" company but their idea died because people used to call them just to rob them and chop their car. Big no for ads placed by players. I personally use weazel news services very rarely and I am still able to sell houses and cars. Maybe a little bit harder when it comes to running a business but there are many alternative ways.

The suggestion is simple: remove the number that the vehicle health shows. I think the indicator should look like what we have for food and water. That way not only people do not know when they are 1hp from perma stalling but it also stops people from mixing numbers with the vehicle's condition. Almost everyone's saying "my vehicle is one hit" or it's "0 hp" and that really ruins immersion. I think it's more realistic to say "engine light is red" when your vehicle is almost done and removing numbers will have new players try to roleplay instead of having them see a number that they can say out loud just cause it's easier that way.

As a civilian you should fly at 2000ft above ground. Custom MLOs start to render at about 50 meters, so you would not have issues when it comes to flying just like you don't have them right now. Same for furniture. If you fly, they don't render after about 500ft. Maybe MD is flying too low?
