    SOLD

It doesn't really look good but the yard is pretty neat, making it a very good property.
  10. Nothing has "no counter" or it would not be there in the first place. It's just harder than taking out a cop in a car. Serious problems require serious solutions so you must've done something serious if you had a helicopter with snipers on you. It ain't like they're there on every single bank robbery or big shootout. If you give them enough time to deploy a buzzard and find the marksmen certified people to mount up then you fucked up.
  11. I can sell you the location of the closest police station
  12. The BBQs from the furniture store should have the same UI as the campfire except for "dismantle" since one is portable while the other one can only be placed on your property. Would be cool to have it for cookers and other funiture items that would be used for cooking.
  13. There is a good reason why there are no ATMs in an area with a high crime rate. I'd keep it that way.
  14. You gotta be John Wick to use it from a heli too. Personally, I wouldn't be able to do much with it from a moving helicopter
  15. Still available. Pics updated
  16. Cops make a shitload of money because you don't really feel the hours on-duty like you feel them working at LSC or DOC. Join a pursuit, arrest a person, do the paperwork for it, that's already an hour of salary. I used to make a lot of money too but taxes were reducing my salary of a Lieutenant to a Police Officer I. That's because I made millions within PD, especially when I first joined the faction and during Covid, doing 40h+ a week with a low tax bracket. Increasing the salary of ANY job, being it scripted or a faction job, would hurt the economy, inflate the prices of high-end assets and make it harder for people that are new to the server. You can buy a burger for $500 if I am not mistaken. You can make that money in 5 minutes or less. Let's say you buy two sandwiches instead. That's about $1200. We're still talking about what you would make in 10-12 minutes while working a scripted job so the price of food is just right. I am aware that this started as a meme because a faction member started talking shit about LSPD, his own faction, and was saying that we get paid 10k and blah blah.
  17. @Blazejackson I thought about the same thing. Also make it so the items (tools that mechanics use and "new wheel", "new door", etc.) are like burgershot food so the script won't allow you to drop them or give them do someone that isn't a mechanic. I would like to see a bonus added for every vehicle you work on. If the vehicle gets to 0 HP you are going to pay a lot more than $1000. I believe it was 7.5k for an elegy retro custom last time I checked. Most people would just push their car in the water and get it from mors instead. Repairs should cost more based on the damage of the vehicle instead of 1k for a vehicle at 899 HP or 1 HP.

  19. I believe gloves should be reworked. My idea was that gloves should have three states: new gloves, used gloves and worn out gloves. New gloves = action timers take about 25% more, 0% chance of leaving fingerprints, more melee damage Used gloves = no delays or extra damage, 0% chance of leaving fingerprints (it would take many hours for them to become used) Worn out gloves = no delays, no extra damage, 100% of leaving fingerprints, just cosmetic As people that work with gloves may know (personally I worked with gloves for months on motorcycles so I went through many pairs), when gloves are new it's quite hard and frustrating to handle small things because the gloves are still keeping their shape and the material is thick. At the same time you have a lot of grip and your hands are well protected. As gloves get worn out, used gloves start to feel like you are just using your hands but when you bump your knuckles or the back of your hand into something hard such as pointy metal you feel the pain just like when you are not wearing them. Worn out gloves that are falling apart are just trash. Certain actions such as dealing melee damage and working on cars (such as chopping them) should degrade your gloves a lot faster than it is doing now. The degradation when you are simply wearing them should be slower than it is now. I also hope the melee damage gets lowered cause right now you can just 2/3 punch people and we obviously do not need more damage from gloves at this time but it would be cool if the damage and bugs get fixed. The extra a damage when they are new would make them worth the 4k.
  20. Text me
  21. Visit the dealership at the Los Santos Docks to see all the prices. If you wish to order a boat that is currently out of stock, call or send a text and I will give you a discount.
  22. Yes please. It gets to the point where it's unmanageable and you are forced to delete old texts or chats so they pop up at the bottom
  23. On Eclipse there finally are a good number of loan companies that are operating. For the past years only two of them were operational but now there are 5! At the same time we have a lot of people not paying sales taxes every day or hour (I'm guilty of that too), huge amounts of cash getting deposited into bank accounts without a known source, people getting scammed every day and others not paying loans back. When it comes to fraud usually PD is involved and they get helped by JB & staff members during their investigations. In all the other cases there is no RP going on. Loan companies will go for OOC refund requests. Sales tax and massive amounts of deposited cash money (as a result of fraud or other illegal activities) do not get traced by anyone. I believe the Business Licensing Bureau within the San Andreas State Government should turn into a Bureau that does more than just review license applications and wait for payments every month. It should change its name and become a bureau that can: review loans and help loan companies when a loan isn't paid back (involving the judicial branch and having to rely on server staff only when moving assets) = more RP investigate sales tax evasion when huge amounts of money are deposited and fraud (involving law enforcement agencies) = more RP investigate massive amounts of money that get deposited without going through salary and getting taxed - would require script support so a player that keeps depositing cash over and over would get flagged after a certain amount of un-taxed money is reached and would be investigated - maybe add the ability to pack money and store it in houses and the item would last forever, that way players would invent new ways of dealing with illegal income and start realistic money laundering schemes through legal jobs, successful business owners and rich people, investments, etc = more RP between civilians/criminals without shooting and PvP review business licenses and payments as it's already doing I believe that everything I suggested is enough work for a bureau with let's say 15-20 employees and would bring more crime opportunities into the server for corporate RP, business owners and all the other players involved. P.S.: I have been in the business licensing bureau for a couple of months last year and it really gets boring when all the paperwork is done and there's nothing to do. You literally spend days waiting for something to happen or licenses to be reviewed. There aren't enough RP opportunities for the members of that bureau.
