if you be smart in shootout you wont get ran over by a car, what are you saying is to stop ran over someone in fights but this thing is going to make a limit for players in fights.

this is good idea in samp it was a cmd /offercp but numbers/id should be change after when someone use that number.. i mean everytime player should give the new numbers to other player and should do something againt meta game;)
