  1. Jamaar had been on the run from the police for up to two months, swiftly evading and dodging police consistently. Ever since expanded criminal sentencing was introduced, he put in great effort to avoid confrontation with police at all costs and had remained out of the penitentiary ever since that change. Life on the run is all fun and games until you lose the ability to do anything without having detectives and high speed units on your tail at every waking moment. Upon realizing he was being targeted, he remained under the radar, using vehicles that wouldn't trace back to him and wearing different clothes to throw law enforcement off from time to time. The goal was to make it to twentieth, a number that has been ingrained into his head for the longest time. In the end, the goal was met. Later that day, on the twentieth of August Jamaar had grown careless, tired of running from the inevitable. He turned on his phone for the first time in what seemed like ages and made a loud presence in the city. Jamaar's old friend, Jimmy Walsh had flown back to Los Santos to catch up that day. It was out of nowhere and had all of The Wanted happy, reminiscing of old times. That was when PD had arrived... barricading Jamaar inside of a store with nowhere to run. The time was now. Fast forward to Jamaar's release date. It was a long and mentally challenging sentence. However, what was waiting for him on the outside was keys to The Wanted's brand new office/meeting building and a completely separate nightclub. What was once seen as a new, long-term goal for the future had been accomplished in the blink of an eye by the hard work and effort put in by the crew. Who would have thought they would now own a large portion of Paleto? Jamaar was welcomed home and updated on events that had occurred during his absence. After being given a tour of the buildings, he then slowly eased himself into comfort on the lounge area's couch, drifting off into slumber and getting some much needed rest.
  2. +1 On numerous occasions i've witnessed players abuse the idea of "cHaraCteR KilLing" to avoid IC consequences. Needs to be looked at 100%.
  3. We'd be happy to help with this so long as we're familiar with each other on an IC level. Best of luck.
  4. The crew had been manufacturing narcotics one gorgeous night. All seemed normal. The Comradery shared among the family with money coming in from selling in bulk kept them satisfied, but for Jamaar there had always been a void that he thought would never be filled. That one faithful night was when that would change forever. Six months prior, Jamaar's older brother Rayqual was relocated back to their hometown due to a sudden, serious health problem that needed taken care of immediately. Jamaar would travel down on occasion to keep him company, each time praying for improvement in his health. Progress was slow and shaky, keeping Jamaar in a doubtful mindset. He did his best to keep the sad reality of his brother from interfering with the work he did in Los Santos. All hope was slowly declining before this point. Upon reading the message from his brother he immediately left the operation, completely abandoning the already in-progress narcotics to travel to the airport. He was okay... The two brothers spent the next day relaxing and catching up. The environment had severely changed since Rayqual was last in Los Santos and Jamaar was eager to show him what had came of The Wanted since he departed. What was once a small group of friends had developed into an empire, widely known and respected by many. The following day, leadership of The Wanted was requested by the newly founded Costello Twins Law Firm to discuss business between the two groups. Although both parties were interested, there were many red flags about the initial meeting, leading The Wanted to believe the whole interaction was some sort of set up. A plan was conducted and a meeting was set with the twins at the observatory. Members swarmed the hills of the observatory and the bridge of the police station in order to be prepared for any sort of law enforcement being involved. The followup meeting started smoothly, slowly easing into what it was really called for. The two brothers and their vehicle were searched thoroughly for any sort of wires, badges or various things that could possibly be used to incriminate. Despite having a high caliber rifle trailed on their heads, they were very understanding. By the end of the searches and discussion, the brothers had proven themselves to be legit. There would be more business to conduct in the future. With that settled, this left Jamaar to focus on the current gang politics. Meetings were held with the Los Zetas and The Russian Mafia to discuss the current taxation situation and rumors that directly involved The Wanted. While posted up at The Wanted's chop locations, the idea of setting business aside for the day in order to have a long-awaited car meet and races was brainstormed. The boys rushed down to The Wanted Reup with their vehicle of choice to prepare. The turn out was fantastic and the racing was an adrenaline rush for all those who participated.

Police are meant to be powerful and should win significantly more than criminals. I'd just like criminal work to be more worth while.
  6. +1 Personally i'd prefer sinking in-game money into new interior but either way i'm all for it.
  7. The Wanted was reached out to by the management of Jasmine Gray's life coaching and counseling center. They received a contract for a security gig and were more than happy to help out. With the grand opening commencing in three hours, the boys quickly began mapping out the area for entry points and spread out among the premises so everything could be monitored. The grand opening went well despite a single person being apprehended. Jamaar had spoken with Jasmine before departing, discussing future business opportunities among both parties. A few days had passed. With the group they had conflict with fading out of existence, this left The Wanted free to focus on their business and criminal money making schemes. As Jamaar had awoken from slumber he had received information regarding the renown group Seaweed wanting a meeting, to which himself and other Wanted higher ups obliged. The two parties discussed many avenues, more-so focusing on the future of Seaweed and how The Wanted would react towards it. The meeting concluded, both parties appreciative of the support that had grown between the two over the months despite being almost polar opposites. The Wanted did a weapons deal with them to which they both went their separate ways. The Wanted made their way up to their gas station for a head count and meeting. Providing a good atmosphere for their business and getting things done. A two birds with one stone type of deal. While posted up at their gas station the group was notified of on-going racing at the observatory and that they should make an appearance, to which they did. Wanted leaders had planned three promotions for this day and this was the perfect opportunity to conduct the tests. Two busters were promoted to official Wanted members and one speedster was bumped up to Outlaw. Dedication, Loyalty and Promise to the crew is noted. April 11th, 2019 was The Wanted's first branding session. Almost four months later they decided to have another. This occasion is meant to be honorary for those who are around to witness and participate. There were plenty participants eager to prove their dedication to the crew that day.
  8. By that I like to refer to the concept of people mentioning "This is poor rp, but not a rulebreak". It's easier said then done but there should be some type of deterrence towards roleplay of that standard.
  9. Personally I think an enforced roleplay standard would be viable. Additionally, I feel like the quiz should include almost every hypothetical scenario question we have.
  10. The Wanted had been informed of known hostiles in the city. While this certainly takes time away from their usual day to day work and development, the boys geared up and met to form a plan of action. Night had came, a cool breeze flowing through the deepest depths of the city. Shots began to ring, sirens blaring. Despite the successful attacks, the atmosphere that surrounded The Wanted at their rendezvous point in case of police involvement bled pure, cold blooded hatred. A group of once care-free, kind hearted individuals had flip flopped into hardened men fed up with the selfishness the city had to offer. A few days had passed. The Wanted was posted up at an undisclosed drug manufacturing lab when a group of Rooks had arrived. Leaders from both organizations took the time to discuss recent changes. Following the meeting, Jamaar Bovarium had consulted Michael Reese regarding plans for the future of The Wanted.
  11. July 14th, 2019 marks the official grand opening of The Wanted Reup. Having ownership of a gas station has been a long term goal set by The Wanted since it was founded in January and through a long, bumpy road that goal was finally accomplished. With the help of our strong, dedicated members and close friends alike it is now a reality. With a property of this scale, hosting a car meet and street races was made exponentially easier. As the gas station is positioned right next to a track with easy access to cheap fuel, the meet went smoothly with the support of those who came out to celebrate.
  12. The day started off like any other. Two Street Kings of The Wanted had acquired some luxurious vehicles that they were eager to get a feel for and test out on a track. The Wanted had been planning. If anyone was to further the racing scene of Los Santos it seemed appropriate that they were the ones to do so. They gathered at a previously designated location to map out the area for the soon to come event that they had in the works. With everything planned out, there was one more thing to tend to before executing. Jamaar had met up with an old friend. Someone who had helped him and his brother when they first moved to Los Santos. The Wanted had a business proposition for him and he appeared to be the most suitable man for the job. The man was highly interested and agreed to help them out. Everything was going smoothly until a rather sudden betrayal had occurred. Several important meetings had transpired following the news. While The Wanted aims to be more of a friendly, high speed, helping hand in the city that earns respect not based off of fear they were left no choice but to prepare for action. With any sort of threat slowly fading away, The Wanted soon returned to what they do best.
  13. Members of The Wanted had been notified of an important, long overdue meeting later in the day. Many had made their way to the outskirts of Wanted-ville for brief discussion and chatter before relocating to HQ. The meeting, while containing classified information additionally included tactics regarding many aspects of their day to day planning and execution. The Wanted encourages open end communication which gives each member available in the city the opportunity to voice questions, concerns and suggestions alike. This was done in a "Q&A" style. After the meeting had concluded, The Wanted made a pit stop at Mirror Park gas to refuel and check on their vehicles before grouping up at a rendezvous disclosed prior. Upon regrouping, The Wanted began speaking with a handful of possible new recruits, one of which had been under their wing for a good period of time and was welcomed in with open arms. From there, plenty of races were set up. The Wanted plans on making significant moves and contributions towards the racing scene of Los Santos.
  14. I'm mainly referring to OP's mentioning of illegal races, which we have most certainly done and had issues with PD as a result. Obviously an illegal meetup for these events are gonna raise problems with the law and i'm not complaining, i'm just saying its difficult. Hook me up wit a permanent permit cuh.
  15. This whole thread is nothing but bias. The idea of upping the prison cap has been discussed for ages now and plenty people including crims have agreed that the old system wasn't enough of a deterrence. However, the system that we have in place now is just simply overkill. The idea of being imprisoned for days on end would only be viable if a judicial system was in place, which i'm sure we can all agree would be incredibly difficult to have going 24/7. Nobody here wants to essentially be banned for 11 days by oblivious judge, juror, executioner cops. With that being said, find a middle-ground. Something that isn't minimal like the last system and something that isn't insane overkill like the one we have now.
  16. After days of planning, the wedding of Thaddeus and Ariana Grey was underway. Everyone gathered around on this perfect day for a perfect wedding. Congratulations to the two. The after party had been held at the Los Santos Triads' club who had been kind enough to let it be used for this occasion. Unfortunately, it went from a great time to a disaster within' the hour. The LSPD had intervened after an individual was seen on the premises with an assault rifle. It went to mayhem, SWAT units on the scene and Weazel News documenting the events. All but one Wanted member had escaped scot free, either by cooperating or fleeing. The following day, The Wanted opened up recruitment once again. With a long list of possible recruits to go through and test, it felt appropriate to bring a few selected individuals to a track to see what they're made of. The prospects did well and were taken elsewhere for more different, in-depth testing purposes.
  17. Our criminal faction has and will continue to orchestrate racing events. As @gohena has said, the reason it isn't so common is that PD is very persistent on monitoring and shutting down these events so it's difficult to make them accessible to the public without running into problems. With a group of our size we tend to race among ourselves with upwards of 15-20 people with additional outsiders being brought in who we know personally. Just keep an eye out for our colors or advertisements and you'll get your racing fix . We tend to roleplay at chop shops too but don't "own" it per say. The suggestions regarding illegal mods and an official racing faction are a huge +1 from me obviously.
  18. The Wanted were posted up at their usual chopshop locations. After paying close attention to each member day by day, certain eligible members were then taken by Jamaar to be keep-up tested in weather only skilled drivers could maintain themselves in. While on the topic of racing, The Wanted then found themselves racing the "Taco Bomb" track. The course itself allows for many people to properly race at once which makes for only the most fun and comedic of races. Leadership looks for trends in the most common winners and more importantly, impressive driving skill. If you witness mass amounts of orange vehicles set up on any public road, its best to stay out of the way. Later on in the week, The Wanted decided to make an appearance at Dee and Sophie Blitz's wedding to show support. Congratulations from all the boys in Orange. During the after-party, a radio call had come in regarding two individuals who stole Skeetle Jackson's bag of supplies. This cut the celebrations short but they were quickly apprehended and taught a valuable lesson. The day ended off with important discussion among Rooks and Wanted leaders.
  19. The Wanted were riled up from recent changes made towards various criminal organizations. Changes that ultimately set them a step backwards in achieving their primary goal. Members from across the city met up at Wanted-ville, the drug-running territory of The Wanted to discuss the situation and how they would go about remedying it. The Wanted had a perfect idea to not only further their image as Los Santos' most renown car crew but to help people in the long run. With permission granted from Los Zetas, The Wanted began taking full control over the chopping business most criminals are aware of. This meant their car enthusiasts would get the opportunity to dismantle the vehicle's parts brought to them and provide a safe outlet for everyone to make money. The people of Los Santos help us and we help them. Twas' a sleepless night for Jamaar. The past couple weeks had been nothing short of a nightmare building up all at once. With the sun rising and the birds chirping, a new day had began. Nothing more to do than keep things going in honour of his fallen, imprisoned or distant family. No matter what it takes.
  20. Its about time ya'll got this up. Always a good time with seaweed around.
  21. Great to see another territorial gang in the mix. Can't wait to see ya'll in-game
  22. Jamaar had set some time aside to teach a set of Busters the process of packaging bricks of cocaine to sell in large quantities. John Silvia and Hakan Demirci proceeded and were fast learners, getting the job done efficiently after only a brief demonstration. Following the packaging process, Alan "Acid" Stream had returned from his extended jail sentence. The Wanted decided with Alan returning and Conor Mcdonald leaving the city on a lengthy business trip soon, they should throw a memorable party at The Wanted's own "Dust Devil's" newly claimed land in honor of the two. Once the events concluded, members of The Wanted then transported Conor to his flight where he soon departed. They said their goodbyes and made their way back to Alan's mansion that had been vacant for far too long. Welcome home buddy.
  23. +1 on this. Deterrence and an enforced roleplay standard would be a viable solution. Take one look at clips focused in the player reports section, MANY reoccurring players with zero character development and background other than robbing.
