What about cars without license plates in front? They can't get ticket because you can't see license plate on camera. That's how it works in real life.

Yeah, happens alot. A cop decided to pull someone over while I was in back of the cruiser. He didn't pull over. I was I'm chase and after that shootout while in back of the cruiser.

I have seen other servers that have IC and OOC chat. It wasn't GTA RP but guess it counts.

I think we should have IC text chat too. Currently my mic is not it use, I drove over it with Scooter by accident, and when I have it I rarely use it. I know how to type, but I suck at speaking. Because I am not native. That's why I like to use text chat over voice chat. Both are nice to have.

If it would be arrow up key to open and close the phone it wouldn't be so big problem.
