As the original creator of the Clowns faction, It would be have been nice if you approached me to even mention this because I am not giving my permission for the Clowns name to be used by someone who has ICLY never been part of the clowns faction and i hope Faction Management actually respects other people's work and does not allow for this to happen.

Decent thread but lots of mistakes. Just starting with the rankings. Soldato and Made Man are absolutely the same thing. Being "made" means that you are officially inducted into the family after which your rank is "soldier" or Soldato if you want to be fancy. The ranks are Boss, Consigliere (not above underboss more to the side of the boss) Underboss, Caporegime (Captain, Capo) Soldier (has such variations as Enforcer but does not hold any power over other made men) And then there is Associates, there can also be trusted associates that are esentially vouched for by a made man and marked for getting made. Mafia members do not wear suits from 1940's either or drive around in those museum cars. Also a member like Hakim Iksendria could never get made because he is not born to Italian family. Another common misconception is that every member is Italian. The correct term is American-Italian majority of mobsters these days are third or fourth generation immigrants that were born to Italian families so at this point most of them do not even speak a word of Italian. But the only thing that matters is the bloodline for getting made. Even being half blood removes the possibility for you to get made.

In my opinion we should be able to change walking styles as vip's for free and if VIP runs out then also the walking style goes back to default

Coming Soon As the organisation grows and continues to expand, we have made investments in the city allowing for us to expand our reach and influence. With the construction ongoing soon the Elgin House will be open offering a variety of activities, mainly a bar/club area for everyone to enjoy but also offer VIP sections for more important guests. Coming Soon After some time of absence of Fight Club in the city that was organised by the Irish, Clowns made a deal to take over the underground "Fight Club" and begin the events once again, inviting everyone willing and able to try out their fists in the ring against toughest guys in the city. The invite to this event only will be sent to ones who are trusted and the events will be organised in secret locations away from PD or any kind of law enforcement that could ruin the event. Recently we organised a simple fight testing out our own fighters trying to find a good representative that could stand in and represent our organisation well, while other preparations are being done for organizing the full event

Just before anyone gets mad or upset about this suggestion this person isn't affiliated with The Clowns whatsoever. While i as i leader would agree about having something like this and illegal mechanic shop that would be more of a "call person X" and he will come in to fix your stuff. While i appreciate the thought as the faction leader i would love something like this but also as a faction leader i can see how this is unfair to other groups as this would be massive content to one official "gang" and others would get nothing. Would be very cool but i dont see it happening at least not until there is enough content like this for other groups as well

+1 but allow /breakfree command that would show /ame istrying to break free from the restraints and it would take about 60 seconds without movement to break free from zipties so that if accidents happen where people are left with zipties on them they have the ability to break free

Very funny how you claim you was looking for good rp. But in that exact stream you dumped your super car in the bush and took an empty police cruiser from a crime scene where there was injured people and you was joking with them if they want their pistol back Then later on you with the same cruiser you stopped a bus driver and was trying to force him to leave the bus by pretending to be a police officer? How can you complain about the server having bad rp when you are literally promoting trolling and shitty rp on your stream? and you also say ooc to yourself on stream "im going to get out with an smg" before the bus driver. top notch rp

so you want a DM zone? chop shop is absolutely not dead. it has been recently buffed and its pretty alive. Drug labs are less active because people got tired of the grind when some new content comes, people will start switching around as they will want to go back to the old stuff. If all you care about is driving around and shooting someone then maybe you should stay bored. essentially what you are describing is a cops and robbers concept. no thanks -1

Pretty self explanatory, would be nice to see cigarettes as an item that is purchasable and being able to smoke using the gta online animation Possibly make it also to be able to remove the cigarettes from the pack itself so you could share them with others adding a minimal but a fun part of rp in my opinion

I think is is really required. Because while the new update today is good and the new weight system CAN be beneficial but things like radio having 10 volume while shotguns having 1 volume and so on makes no sense. Or for example how a bag can fit more than you can carry yourself. Systems like this should be released for "players" so that they can play and give feedback and then changes can be made to adjust for the balance. And doing this on a test server with 20-30 people who are given unlimited resources to test everything properly would help the server a lot and would eliminate a lot of issues

+1 the price is completely unrealistic and makes no sense. You have a warraner for 10k someone shoots up your car. you have to pay 30k to repair it? cheaper to buy 2 more warraners

Great idea, i actually hope you can pull this off. The car scene has been dead for some time now and car meets were missing. Really hope you continue with this and carry out properly. Looking forward to meeting you icly as i already have some rp ideas

So with the speakers that were added for Christmas i think it should become an item that would be for sale at the shops. Speakers should be placeables and have the ability to enter a link of a music stream like radio links or youtube links. so that we could host proper parties where everyone can hear music instead of using voip. I think this would add a lot of rp opportunities when people just want to chill but sometimes its very boring when there is no music or anything else in the background. This would also make bahama mamas and vanilla unicorn much more usable, house parties and the rest much better To make sure its not abused, the speakers should be by default at 0% sound and it would be displayed above "Speaker: Volume 0%" and then players could type /speaker 100% to turn on the sound themselves so they can hear the music so that people do not abuse by placing speakers randomly. Obviously make sure that speakers could not be placed at NCZ zones and that only 1 speaker could be placed in the same area to prevent trolling.

As the snow melted away and the weather got warm we decided to take a slight trip outside the city and have a little gathering and have some fun

No one is making this an actual complaint of "omg it helps pd but not criminals" It's great that PD finally have a way of using IC means of communicating and TS can soon be completely removed. BUT this is metagaming fest. Every time you report someone you have to change frequency. So for example if you log in in the morning something happens you report, in the evening if you have to report again thats 2 frequency changes because lets be honest the frequencies will be MG'd and there is no need to pretend like they wont. Simplest solution like everyone said make it /togglefreqhud or make it so that the freq is showed only for government factions since their radio cant be infiltrated and abused.

This suggestion would take away the power of random criminals and those who are in the server here to just dm. Anyone who is a criminal knows there is so much of those people around. This would give more power to the official factions which are heavily against random robbings, and robbing of civilians. The people who rob civilians are those who buy 2.5k .50 's and go around shooting left and right

Dominate what? this isnt a free roam or cops and robbers. 100% criminals who have access to heavy guns and other stuff should have the advantage in those situations. This is completely unrealistic that 90% of the citizens carry 50. pistols. Criminals have absolutely 0 value of life and will rush ahead guns blazing into any situation because they have one of the most powerful weapons for 2.5k and 2.5k is nothing to lose to any player that has been playing for few weeks
