I hear they're reworking the licensing system, but don't know a lot of details. I would love to see licenses suspended automatically with charge modifications and time associated.

-1 I do think it was added a little early, It's not permanent. When you play a lot of GTA without snow, a month or two of snow to change it up a little is nice.

+1 Reviving because I think it's still a great idea and better to revive then start another thread. Could give government factions the ability to /release ##, allow them the respawn sooner especially if the issue was OOC. It would slow combatants from coming back to early after death and NLR activation. I can think of a ton of benefits over negatives. Thinking 5-10 minutes would be good. Would allow more looting rp, from friends and enemies, there would be a body on site for MD or PD to call a coroner and give more RP angle instead of coming to a scene and it being un-immersive without anything on site.

Hmm, actually rethinking. Your average citizen should be able to defend themselves though against a criminal in some way, they do the crime so they do the time, but a citizen should be able to defend themselves, your either a criminal, a government employee or a citizen, and the citizens seem to get the short end of the stick. There already is a flaw to the .50, that it can be seen at your side, if someone wanted to get one they can see you own one and rob you. I actually think all large weapons shouldn't be concealable in the "I" menu at all and always viewed on your person, or you can stash it in your vehicle. Only realistic way to hide a large weapon would be to break it down. Breaking down and putting together would trigger /ame interactions.

I hate how people treat female characters in-game because OOCly they're male playing a female, or the other way around and trying to fake a voice to fit. Just because you don't have the voice to play female and don't want to type everything doesn't mean you should be pressured ICly to regret the choice OOCly. I agree that a gender change should be an option, but I disagree with your reason of wanting to do it. People that give you shit or exclude you and your wish to enjoy the RP as that character due to this should be reported for metagaming.

I was shocked last weekend when I found out that I couldn't put a bag in my Buffalo S and that it's space was pretty tiny. I could swear it was more, but I think that was months ago. +1 Would actually like to see quite a bit of vehicle stats re-balanced more based off the regular game vehicle stats (with speed regulations of course). This way someone can look up the stats and determine that ECRP stats are the same only with a different formula that makes it more fitting for the server.

Of course, not arguing, just providing possible scenarios and constructive criticism. I'm good with any implementation. We all just want it done right if implemented, to work and be fair of course. Analyzing all possibilities is part of that process.

This truck says Gas Specialist on the side. https://www.gtabase.com/grand-theft-auto-v/vehicles/brute-utility-truck It references natural gas, but would be a good indicator of what type of vehicle it is at a glance.

If you're loosing, ask the people winning to deposit. If you're winning, go deposit regularly so the loser can get more money out you can win. You can also help out that ATM buy grabbing all your money from the bank and depositing it into that ATM.

+1 to all Molotov would add good RP, have it burn for a while, maybe add fire extinguishers as well? Or allow water bottles to be used / thrown at it? Create by mixing an alcoholic drink with a Jerry Can, that would make them pretty expensive on their own. Legal Attachments - Would really love to see binoculars, or the addition of a scope without cross-hairs, or scope add on to an SNS without ammo to allow a binocular option of some kind. Legal (no damage) - Flares and Flare guns, especially to Emergency services, (we set up scene management, but still doesn't catch the eye and people run into them. Flares may spawn in faster, maybe flares legal and flare guns illegal but given to PD?) Melee Illegal - Switchblade (concealed knife), Bottle and Knuckle Dusters. Legal - Add hatchet, crowbar and hammer (visible), change mechanic's service tool to pipe wrench. Machete could be legal or illegal, leaning toward illegal since it's like carrying a sword around. Weapons Legal - double-action revolver and vintage pistol, Musket, Double Barrel Shotgun Thrown Legal - Snowball (breaks on impact), Ball (transfers to target's weapon wheel or inventory when hit or becomes an item on the ground) Illegal - Molotov, Pipe Bombs, Teargas (PD Only). Molotovs and pipes can be crafted. Pipes could use a Pipe Wrench, Radio, Jerry can and newspaper? Molotov's an alcoholic beverage and Jerry can.

+1 Ammo should be an unstackable inventory item you would apply to your currently equipped weapon based on round. Maybe allow you to only carry one ammo box on your person or one bag, or maybe three in a bag?

Add the ability to refuel from a mechanic's utility vehicle/s, treated like a mobile gas station. Ideas/restriction below. Both vehicles would have to be turned off. Cost to refuel could be set by the shop owner and can't be set lower than the highest rate in town to keep competition as intended. Or cost could be set automatically taking the average gas cost across town and doubling it. The refuel could pay the mechanic a cut directly paying for the service on the spot. The refuel could remove fuel directly from the tank of the utility vehicle up to a certain point, so it will need to return. Or a limit of fuel available up to 25% total to any vehicles. Meaning you could refuel 5 cars 5% before you'd have to return to a gas station or shop.

Is it just a regular looking backpack or a laptop bag or something? That may work well enough on its own, even without retexturing. Medical kits can actually be pretty small these days.

Injuries should be treated at MD. Maybe stamina could be food based? If you've eaten in the last hour or more, your stamina recharges, if not, it doesn't, or speed of recharge? I'm definitely in agreement a ton more stores and shops should be open to ownership, right now they only seem to be owned by the elite. Food sold by food places and some from stores, like dogs and sandwiches that may not provide the best bonus. Both truckers and package delivery can supply, maybe a cold storage trailer? Drinks sold by food places and stores, Alcohol sold by liquor stores. Newspapers can be picked up from news stands, maybe Weasel News and package delivery could restock. Radios, Dashcams and Body cams can be bought from tech stores, maybe LifeInvader or Auto shops? Restocked by truckers and package delivery. Cams could be IC items that you could attach like a charger to a car, or have in your inventory, doesn't do anything except provide an RP element. Maybe record text and combat information around it every few seconds including cars at a specific length? Another idea to expand upon. There are still a lot of inactive gas stations, stores, clothing and jewelry shops, tattoo parlors and hair saloons that could be activated. I could see any store or station be owned in some form. Also, do businesses have stash spots, or storage?

Aren't backpacks accessories you can choose in GTA Online? Are there any accessories that look like this that don't specifically look like a re-textured bag?

I wouldn't say free car, I like the idea of having an inventory car key specific to your car, if you don't have it you can't start/drive or unlock the car. If you loose that key however, you'd have to take your ownership paperwork to the autoshop to have a new key cut or have the vehicle rekeyed. This would make car interaction more immersive. If you want to steal a car without keys, you'd need a bobbypin to pick the lock and a hotwire kit (usable on one vehicle, like a charger, until rekeyed) @Adrian Johnson I don't mean to derail, only expand upon your idea... thoughts? Okay, here I go. Requires the key in your inventory to unlock and start/drive. Key is coded to that car. This would allow two stage protection from theft, but would still allow a player to enter an unlocked vehicle without the risk of it being stolen unless below is followed. Car can be stolen by... Stealing the key from the owner. A pin and hotwire kit, alarm would go off during pinning or application of hotwire kit at random chance, you can use more hotwire attempts to try to stop the alarm. Hotwire kits are black market items which can be purchased from a random black market store that spawns in various locations or from a chopshop. (The black market store could have a lot more ideas attached to it) Cars keys can be recovered by. Recovering the key, that can be turned in at the impound or PD. Having the car towed and rekeyed at a mechanic shop. (Mechanics would need a plate registration lookup tool, or call PD to verify ownership of the vehicle before rekeying.) Car keying are like a code/permission applied to a vehicle during the rekey and only two keys may be coded at one time. This may be more complicated than necessary though, it does bring some good RP potential, provides a money sink and includes additional parties.

When I joined during my time frame there were 40 people on the server and it was my first GTA RP server... I had no idea what I was doing and how to do commands or what was even possible. I thought when using commands I had to use the whole Stranger ###_### to accept a frisk and got killed for being 'too slow'. I figured out the CityBee. I got my licenses and stayed because I called PD for a vehicle in the path of the Trucking course. The officer gave me 10k and suggested I drive the trucking job (when it paid well) and took me to it.
