Pretty sure this has to remain IC since there is a whole division set up for the firearm licensing, which is IC. Taking this OOC is not needed I believe. If you fail to get it done IC that doesn't mean it has to be taken OOC.

I prefer having cash as an actual item, so if you open your inventory you see how much cash you have. Bank money should remain on the phone imo. I do have to say, it's weird that your phone tells you how much money you have in your pocket...

I don't think this should be a rule, but more like common sense. I would love to see more vehicle damage/people flying out of cars sooner in general.

Hey, I think you forgot some parts I mentioned that the garage space will not change, only the interior. The upgrade should also be limited. In this case, the upgrade of a 1G is max to the interior of a 2G. For the rest I think this suggestion can be expanded by adding a "downgrad" option? The house sizes are mostly correct yes, this is why my suggestion includes a limit, but maybe the 1 garage interior shouldnt be able to upgrade at all. However, I do think the margins of the 2G interiors and the 3G interiors are quite close to each other. The 4 garage houses will still make sense since they got more garage spaces than a 3 garage house with the 4 garage interior. I only use this naming since there is no other way to give the interiors names. PS. Ofcourse the prices are just to give an idea.

Hello! I had this idea where people can pay to get their interior upgraded. Similair to where you can upgrade Loan Companies in tiers that will bring new interior. Something like this: Original 1G can not be upgraded Original 2G can be upgraded to the newer 2G interior for 300K or old 3G interior for 400K Original old 3G interior can be upgraded to the newer 3G interior for 400K, or upgraded to the 4G interior for 1 million (Prices are just to give an idea). People should also be able to downgrade for a price. Something like this is what I was thinking about. Garage space will remain the same as what it came with originally.

I think you made a typo at the engine off part for Newsagency and Mechanic I sometimes already use a /me for this, but I rather see a phone number added for those like DCC, PD/MD have instead of an ame pretending to call a number. for the rest I like the idea. I also once said that /voicereset should have an ame "takes a cough drop", but maybe that's a bit too much xD also maybe ame's for opening vehicle doors/trunks, getting on duty and refueling?

I believe the biggest issue is desync though. I personally try to avoid this kind of situations mostly and having a list would promote ruleplay I think. That list will influence some people IC.

I would recommend to try and see it from an IRL standpoint. Would you care about a car you stole? How about your safety? Personally I would love to see vehicles way more sensitive for damage to get it more realistic in general.

You should give it a shot! That way people can see its 100% legit, although some people already know you are serious.
