Hello! The cap of 240 was introduced due to certain cars being able to exceed 300+ with the exploitation of game bugs or by having a higher FPS than others. We are not going to remove this cap for said reason. This cap did not introduce a nerf for super cars as super cars weren't able to go over their current top speed pre-240 cap implementation, no vehicles had their top speed lowered other than those affected by these broken game mechanics. I will not lock this suggestion, however, if it continues derail into another topic that promotes the attack on a faction in terms of "nerfing" them, when the original poster has nothing in their suggestion to suggest that was their goal, then I will. The original poster wants to increase the speed of supers and sports cars (those that don't go much over 200 by default) to be in their own opinion, more realistic. Again, the cap of 240 will not be removed as the only vehicles that can achieve that speed or higher (currently) are those affected by broken game mechanics, such as bumps - swerving - tire kicking or higher FPS.

Thank you for your suggestion. We are not interested in increasing the cap at this time after discussing it among Senior Staff a while back. With how things are right now, we'd rather see more diversity among gangs than to increase the members in the small amount that we currently have. - Lewis.

Pretty much sums it up - staff members who are in a particular faction/gang are encouraged not to put themselves in a position where a conflict of interest could occur. Hey guys! I've been following this thread for a while, and I think we can end it here. First of all, as Head of Legal Factions, I've not received any messages of valid concerns that leadership isn't working in a faction. It's not healthy as a community to point fingers at one faction, when in reality, the burden of improving the general quality of life isn't one faction's alone. Both sides have valid concerns and outstanding issues, and as a community, we should work towards fixing them together. So instead of picking up pitchforks and starting threads such as these, you should make attempts to hold constructive conversations with leadership of the faction and/or Legal Faction Management. Do keep in mind that a lot regulations and procedures that is being thrown around in the community is created and enforced by PD/SD/MD etc. themselves.
