Easy solution to people just building a lab inside their own buildable walls is just to script restrict them from being place within the buildable area of houses and properties to force them to be elsewhere. Or use the same system as the weed plants do to define where they are growable outside. Multiple ways to go about it. Anything that removes the dependency on fixed static locations is a good thing in my book.

Gonna be solid, I've been on the server since 2017 since then I can tell you that I've seen like, 3 Loan Companies actually advertise and tehy all died within a month despite the fact theres supposedly 4 or 5 of them on the server. I'm fairly confident that the vast vast majority of the server doesn't even know they exist

The most annoying change to this as well is the fact that out-of-stock items are hidden; just leave it showing as "out-of-stock" so I don't scroll up and down 20 times going crazy trying to spot something that doesn't exist

+1 To this suggestion and honestly extend it to all the businesses. The general store's, fuel station, dealerships ordering UI is horrid; the only decent one is Gun Stores. It makes no sense why Gun Stores have a decent UI and extra features (adding managers etc) whereas all the rest, Gen Stores, Fuel Stations etc etc are on a totally different UI without these features.

As title says, it appears the DOC ORE drop off container only despawns 1 VOL of ORE every couple of minutes or so, and it immediately gets filled up again, leading to it being impossible to drop off ores for stamps. Suggestion is to increase the despawn rate of Ores in said container to prevent it being bottlenecked

The tax cut is made when the money is paid into your salary, not when you withdraw it. You need to have VIP at the time it goes into your salary to get the tax cut applied.

I'd agree with modifying the tazers in that sense; honestly, I feel like the animation when you are tazed is a bit broken as you get the prompt saying the stun has worn off and you can move but are still on the ground for another 2-3 seconds. That being said, I would also state that if we're modifying how tasers work, it should then be a requirement within the rules to properly RP the effects of being tasered. It gets incredibly boring when you taze someone 69 times and they just constantly try to hit you again the second the stand up
