If you are still getting killed even though you comply with the robbery then it's DM. Report them and drain the swamp of players like that.

I have seen a magnitude of examples when reports are made and the evidence supplied portrays the accuser breaching server rules only to not be reprimanded within that report. I feel if the accusers rule breaches are laid out quite clearly for the admin to view ,then they should be punished within the same report. And they should not say" if you feel a rule was broken make a separate report". Some admins punish , some don't. I'd personally like to see this be a bit more consistent across the board The main reason for this is to deter the petty reports that are flooding the report section. As they may think twice about reporting if there is the possibility they will also be punished. But as it stands now it's the same mentality as a gorilla slinging shit against the zoo wall, eventually some will stick but he won't be punished so why wouldn't he.

-1 while I don't personally condone that behaviour it shouldn't be limited just because you don't like it. Yes the game is 18 + but I can guarantee you some of the players are not but that's not going to change anytime soon. And if you are a female player you will unfortunately be on the receiving end of this adolescent behaviour. Personally I'd advise to learn how to give it back if you get offended. Eg. Player 1. " You fucking bitch" You " The only bitch you know is Yo cracked up momma who left you in a plastic bag at MD" Intonation on the YO, apologies for the language. Or just make them buy you stuff.

I think with the advent of synced tyres I think the ability to change a tyre should not be limited 2 mechanic shops situated down in the North of the map. As if your tyres get popped up north your boned. I think it would be far more sensible to be able to purchase tyres either in a convenience store or in one of the many garage location s around the map ( could be a new business with the implementation of city hall, patent pending). These tyres could be stored in your car or houses etc and maybe the possibility of a tyre iron is required to change etc. Now people may say call a mechanic but 1. They never or rarely go far north. 2. You may be wanted. Thanks

haahahah so true but it would be nice for RPing bribes to government officials.

I'd have to say +1 For numerous reasons such as if. If im a criminal and I get caught I lose all my money in fines, nonsense How funny would it be to carry s briefcase of money around.

+1 You should at least get an eviction notice before they sell your house and delete your stash with no information to work from. Also they sell the houses for what you paid not what its worth now so you are getting shafted in both ends.

Criminals fleeing to NCZ after committing a crime
Phil McGee replied to TheCanadian's topic in Archive
-1 Also, I would echo what Chuck said and I would like to add by how being in a NCZ can extend an RP situation by allowing people to talk etc or at least interact without shooting . Some people just dont have the self restraint or maturity to be able to calm down and the NCZ lets that happen. -
Date and time (provide timezone): 5/02/2019 Character name: Frphil_Mcgeejnr Issue/bug you are reporting: My 2 houses were sold and I was active on the account and had been playing on the character on a regular basis. I didn't get any money into my bank account and more importantly I've lost all the contents of the houses which I shared with 2 others. I purchased one of the property's back that was up for sale but the stash was empty. One of the houses was already purchased by somebody else when I went to have a look. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I am now a homeless priest.

Who do we have to tag to get a poll going?
-
I think its just bugged. It seems some to only work sometimes.

That's the saddest story in ECRP
-
So the only way to get your tyres fixed now is go to a mechanics? As my tyres won't repair themselves from parking. If it's a feature fair enough.

While I disagree with you on the time increase thanks for at least contributing your thoughts to the -1 and not just leaving it blank. Anything to promote discussion is healthy.

That's a perfect example of spending 10 mins bleeding out, 15 mins in a coma. Yeah sure an admin might be able to help but it's not guaranteed. Same goes for a 911 call. Even 10 minutes is too much. Possibly a financial penalty would be better like a medical bill or something.
-
While I understand the idea behind it I think punishing somebody for dying with a further 15 minute time out is just straight up not fun. I see a few issues that will arise. 1. Extra Pointless Report s. You will have an angry person who has a free 15 mins to type up reports with no merit. 2. Rage Quit reducing active server population. People will just say to hell with this I'm done for the night and log off instead of staying on and having RP in a different avenue. The amount of times you die from silly things like dsync or hitting a floating object etc. Only to spend 10 minutes waiting for a 911 call that never arrived only to be further punished by spending 15 minutes in a coma. I fully support the splash screen reminding people of the NLR rule and think it's a good idea. Thanks

+1 Its just to messy at the moment. Especially with VoIP not working. Also you have people who think just changing a t-shirt shirt means you're meta gaming if you know who they are. It's nonsense to be honest.

Personally I'd like to see the speed of vehicles reduced rather than this. Car chases would be way more fun at lower speeds. -1

It's not a massive edit at all. It's literally a 30 second task. And I've seen blurred out footage before so why is that allowed? It would be unfair to assume every exact detail. Should you remember everyone's ID etc. While yes people should be able recall roughly what they did the devil is in the detail when it comes to form a defence for oneself. I suppose my main point is it helps keep people honest. Not to say that there are dishonest staff etc but if everything is dealt with out in the open it stops the old boy mentality that caused the last mass exodus of Admins that thought they were untouchable etc.

How much more of the screen is occupied as support? Can you give an example @MusketDeezNuts as 90% of your screen being occupied by text seems a bit extreme. I don't see why commands would need to be blacked out as it's hardly private information.
-
I think in the quest for clarity and fairness evidence containing " staff chat" could be easily just blacked out using open source tools within YouTube and numerous other ways. They are extremely easy to use and not time consuming at all. Audio segments can also be muted if the staff chat is VoIP for some reason. I've seen numerous reports where people can't defend their case due to this policy. If you were to use a court room as a comparison this would be unthinkable that a person could be convicted on undisclosed evidence. And I've seen numerous reports that have had text blurred out on it that have been accepted as evidence before somebody quotes the " footage can't be edited" as this has been interpreted as cutting up 20 mins of footage in some cases. Thanks for reading.

Well if that's the case @MusketDeezNuts can you remove the warning from my record as it seems you added it in error as I was outside the scripted NCZ as I said. This is a perfect example of the confusion that could be resolved by a simple top down map. This is the report I am referring to
