Whats your operating system? And are you seeing the green talking/radio icon at the bottom of your screen and your mouth moving IG.

+1 for it all. But not the alcohol addiction. Even the ability to use hot dog stands on the pier or some of the games at the stands.

+1 Its been recommended a number of times before and it was always hinged on the numbers of players as one of the barriers. But I think with Rage now and the increased player base it would be great.

I suppose this would need the drag command to work but I shall put it out there in the hope that it will be added back in. So if your friend is downed and you cant bring them to MD due to them being wanted or the nature of the wounds you call up a number and are given the location of a back street doctor in your area which would be indicated by a marker on the map. This locations would change with each call you make to avoid camping at these areas. You would then have to drag your downed friend via foot or car depending on where the marker is located in x amount of time before the person bleeds out. You then have to pay quite a high fee to receive the treatment and considering it would not be the same standard of medical treatment in a hospital you roll the dice to see if you die or not as its not guaranteed they can save your life like the MD.

No i think it was only crime can pass through a NCZ not stay there.

Why not have it so if the RP starts outside the NCZ you can still kill them in a NCZ if they flee. It makes more sense to me that way. But what I would say is it should be used within reason , as if you are just targeting new players etc its a bit stupid and is going to spoil there chance for RP in a safe area that they would need to find their footing.

Im still going to go with -1 as seeing whos car is there is crucial information that criminals or civilians can use to see if people are off duty or around town etc. Also it adds more life to the server having cars dotted around. Try getting a bus or taxi to work and rp a commute.

I was referring to the suggestion to make all the workplaces gated. In relation to the locked garages in PD they should go to the higher ranking officers and you can fit more than 4 cars in them, lower downs can use the public car park 30 secs walk away. And in fairness if they get locked gates they will just use it as an unofficial impound lot abusing the max 2 vehicles restriction in a zone where you can't commit a crime to get your vehicle back.

-1 unless you can add in some sort of way to break the gates at workplace s. Also PD does have a lockable garage as they have locked criminals cars in there numerous times. There is a 30 second walk to a car park from MD and PD if you are that concerned about having your super cars stolen park them there and call a taxi or walk.

Yes multiple shops are good but if they only take certain types of car it negates the safety net that is being asked for that having more Chop shops would have. For example if my muscle car is stolen and only X shop chops muscle cars then I know exactly where to go to retrieve it.

Did you just -1 your own idea? And your mate got shot for trying to chop the car I brought there FYI. So that's an incredibly valid RP reason. What do you think would happen IRL if you did that? And he did break fear RP by pulling a gun while I had mine on him.
