possible to just refund the credits? If any house can go on auction and the items that were there were stolen, i think refunding the credits would be the best option, especially if the house owner was banned and hasnt made a decision appeal that has been accepted or is not planning to do so. Also this cant be abused by cheaters giving their friends credits because you cant gift credits in the Forum panel

it is maybe dumb for asking and i dont want to buy to test it out myself but did you try the ''Clean'' option? I am assuming that because it is a kit and not just a cloth it can be reused when cleaning. Repair just works when you have a weapon repair kit? I am so confused why is it saying that you need weapon cleaning kit when repairing. And if it is really how it should be then for how long this bug has been and has no one really used the weapon cleaning kit to repair the weapon because it always gets stolen or confiscated by police that you dont get the chance to repair it?

Idk maybe my english is horrendous but that is not all I said player A breaks rule/-s against player B player B loses the RP situation player B reports staff review all evidence and conclude: 1)player A gets real big punishment - player B gets full refund 2)player A gets no punishment - no player B refund 3)player A gets minor punishment(warning/spoken to) - no player B refund or idk maximum 5k$ worth of stuff Everyone who checks the reports sees when reports are getting accepted THOUGH the reported party is only getting the educational route. And the reporting party happilly stroll to refund requests section to get their 60k$ worth of stuff back. If the rulebreak is so minor that you just need to tell them `no-no cant do that! ok?` then it is not that serious of a rulebreak. And if it is not that serious, then why anyone would get serious refunds? Refund should fit the punishment!!

that is so true, i know some people who got some guns after a fight, which ended up as a rulebreak, sat out a couple of days because of the DM ban but still had those acquired guns on them. Ofcourse they later appealed their DM punishment and it got revoked and also not all of the times people recieve punishment for a rulebreak immediately so people have a couple of days at least to use the acquired guns before recieving punishment. Also people have the ability to lose them guns before recieving punishment so that is why i guess staf doesnt delete the reported party`s acquired guns from their inventory if report is accepted.

everybody saying -1 but then let's meet in the middle if the reporting party accomplishes not a major rulebreak punishment but more so just an educational route or a verbal warning to the reported party, then the reporting party can not ask for a refund. Or at least a whole refund. Because if it was just poor roleplay but not enough to earn a punishment for, then basically seems that mistakes happen and why we should refund reporting party because of a small mistake? Reporting party should also acknowledge that it is just a small mistake and take the L and not ask for a refund +1 to this or at least let`s meet in the middle: Refund should fit the punishment

Never been one. -1 this has already been discussed, allowing death rp would open a whole new can of worms and would fill up the forum reports section. People bleed out in many places from gunshot wounds: image source stuff you see in the movies isn't real, ain't nobody Terminator Rambo Steven Seagal. Also, what if somebody punches in my solar plexus or liver? Liver failure or any other vital organ damage (internal bleeding) can cause death. Hitting someone hard in solar plexus is literally the #1 way to kill someone with your barehands and with one PUNCH!!!! (ofc in most cases you have trouble breathing for a period of time) (Source: my Karate, Boxing, MMA experience of 15 years) not to mention when people get KO'd (IC even injured) they may hit the ground and from that impact to the head might die. Meaning anybody could go and do Death RP. Heck, even getting tazed and hitting the ground with your head might kill you. Too much ways to die IRL!!!! I am sorry to break the news to you buddy, but that is high quality roleplay, i don't know what you are mad about. Nobody here agrees with you because we here at Eclipse consider it good roleplay. But all jokes aside brother from the facts you have stated in the post you have so much to learn and explore, my advice is make friends and create or join an illegal faction. Also a lot of the people who replied to you are just doomers and lame roleplayers. Don't take them seriously Even so - It is your story to play out, nothing is easy in life, so don't brake RP rules, take the L`s and later get some W`s hopefully!

One is fixing a symptom of a root cause and the other one is fixing a root cause. If community doesnt like SA they shouldnt forget about how it came to be and it all started from Kidnapping or possibly slavery RP which started in a public lab - telling to pick up plants or chop a vehicle Being that this is a Serious RP server not a Semi-Serious RP it still begs the question of what is roleplay and how people interpret it. The video you chose to show how you felt isnt how any PD works. To be honest any PD that I have seen IRL use helicopters for Recon not as Air-Tanks which can only be shot down with RPGs I know you guys feel like youre in a war zone but if we showing examples from where we got the roleplay inspiration lets just use the appropriate ones. you are not in Afghanistan youre in LA type of city fighting against crackhead bikers with bunch of stolen carbine rifles not highly militarized Jihadists from Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4 alright?!!!! to be honest i have never seen anyone IC or in reports with footage of using any buff drug instead of the weed one. But also - remember that theres this thing called psychedelics and weed is not that. Weed in terms of impact on the vision is like beer but not anywhere close to how it is in the game. So now if you want to devs to make it that effects set in only after using and pressing O then the visual impairment should be changed. Best solution right now - not change a single thingy

Deathmatching is only when you shoot and/or injure and/or kill someone IC without proper escalation. Going up to the person who is lockpicking and telling them to put their hands up is more realistic than the go kart event on the ice(just kidding) All the other stuff you said - it is all IC problems. Go complain to the event organizers IC and tell them to hire better security. That is an IC roleplay opportunity you and others have now. Also 911 works. Another advice - you got 50volume in your pockets, take your stuff with you if it is allowed, if it isnt, then why is it in the car in the first place?? Easy as that - problem solved!!!

nobody snitch on me OOC IRL okay but i can smoke a whole cig in less than 1 minute if i am in a rush and smoking a blunt, especially quickly - i have seen people do it IRL, will be possible to achieve the high. Also to have an additional argument - LEO vs Crim - LEO`s are the ones probably using the painkillers in a battle while Crims stick to something that is quicker. Adding a timer for joint smoking would not also damage the immersion when I am IC smoking a blunt with a couple of friends but also would nerf CRIMS. In regards to Crim vs Crim fights then yeah it would seem to you unrealistic but if you cant imagine somebody just destroying a blunt in under 30 seconds IRL then I cant explain it to you in any way you could understand. Regards to painkillers - the timer is realistic because those pills are rough and dry, the timer probably includes finding a liquid with which you can drink down the pills. And having a timer on them is a nerf to PD/SD/DOC/GOV if they ever try to use painkillers before or during a fight. And also painkillers can be purchased any time in a hospital in huge quantities. Blunts gotta be picked, rolled and then stored for a fight while not getting caught by the LEO`s or rival Crims I get what you mean but if they ever add a timer, 3 second tops or the whole forums will be filled with crims complaining about it to reverse the changes. +/- to the OP`s suggestion

No mixing here but I my character met your character at one of the labs and I roleplayed accordingly, even called you `mam`. I really wish the majority of the server agreed with you as I do already, but you just cant change people`s behaviour in this server. The rules are put in to protect any unrealistic roleplay and every crim organization pushes the boundaries of what is considered realistic and fair. Right now there is no way you will get special treatment from staff or specific roleplay from crim groups when you are meeting each other in a public lab. To them you are just another illegal faction. There is also the argument - why is grandma in a dangerous location all by herself or why is there a group of people doing illegal stuff? That would be a good question and robbing you wouldnt be unrealistic but getting different treament is debatable. And the community wont enforce people respecting their elders as they wouldnt enforce biker gangs drive bikes and slow offroad vehicles that look like they are meant to be driven offroad. you know like scouts and stuff. they wouldnt enforce the mafia gangs to dress like mafia all the time or have exclusive rights to assasination roleplay where mob can send someone to assasinate someone. As much it would make the roleplay better and entice people to choose gangs/crim organizations that better suit the role they wanna play in their characters story, it is just not enforced and likely will never be. It is up to players to use the clothing/vehicles and behave as their faction would realistically behave. But me and my friends personally would behave towards old people criminals like they would be old people even if it gives us a disadvantage of not robbing you of your precious loot. And on a side note - i really wish you guys the best and your group because your roleplay has been amazing so far!!
