i like a lot of this, was a big read, The only thing i didn't like was Reduce the Speed Cap on Vehicles to 230. i'm not sure what this would change in regard to RP. If even some of these ideas could be implemented my gosh it would be soo good for the server! thanks for taking the time an effort to reach out and develop this topic

+1 You could also just make areas within the map where you could grow weed or expand the size of the current locations to accommodate for more plants

ive sat at impound for an hour today an two hours a week ago, We have enough RP in the server i feel like automatically releasing cars is the least of our problems.

I feel like it's not in use right now because of the snow? It is the only legal race/drift area in the city. I know it hinders rolling gun fights at container lab.. but there is no where else you can race legally.

i agree with this, ive seen alot of great places just gone an not able to be used by anyone ever again, Would be nice to see them back! Same with warehouses that aren't owned by gangs,

+1 I came into this thinking what not another one. Then i actually read it and the reply's for and against, what a wild idea but with your's and everyone's positives responses i think this would be great!! You can already do this with chop shops and gang's / people do this sometimes. I think it would bring a use back to buy/sell tables and also create rp for some of the lower tier groups that have the ability to import tables but no one uses them. I think with some more conversation and figuring out some logistics this would be a great addition. Maybe leave 1 or 2 static chop/cook labs and the rest can be anywhere. This would create people searching for them. I think pd/sd with a heli could easily find them so that's the only issue i can foresee. And maybe make it so you can't cook inside

This is a really good idea Im all for it!! Same for what CUP said i think both are great. I think your idea's are actually what we should do!

I like that idea the 50/50 chance would make it more fun and an "at chance" rather than a felt forced /stabilize and 0 rp after to change the outcome. MD has a ton of RP in fact i hear them talk about how boring it is treating broken legs 1000x a day, I was just looking for ideas on how to spice it up for everyone involved. So this is not meant to be an argumentative or offend people in MD or cause any issues, But I feel the current system we have borderlines power gaming because you RP your wounds with /me's and /do's and a medic can just /stabilize and begin to heal you without any further RP or chance that the bleeding doesn't stop. I feel it completely ruins any attempt to have future RP. After that command hits you begin to start a timer to be healed and have 0 chance of dying or bleeding out unless it happens within the timer. Now with that being said i understand why we can't have people just /do wouldn't help and stall to die BUT it would be nice to have 1 chance only to /do wouldn't help or /do the bleeding would not stop... PD/SD can't use this command if medics are on duty and most of them do RP and don't just /cpr you. I just feel like the medics using that command is forced RP and doesn't allow /dice or any further RP. Any feelings or thoughts on this??

that's actually a good point, where do you draw the line an does it end with cars!! Yes the value of them isn't what it used to be,

I know this is going to be a mixed reaction but there are so many vehicles that outperform supercars I don't know why we can't buy some of them. I understand there are some special cars in the credit store and I really appreciate the opportunity to have purchased them during special sales events. My suggestion would be to go through and add some supers maybe ones that people don't own so it doesn't devalue them or maybe that's the whole point of devaluing some of these cars?? Some of these cars are 25-50 million dollars and that's unattainable by anybody that hasn't played since the beginning Now I'm not saying that is a bad thing as they are a supercar but the argument would be with the introduction of HSW to PC in way of the speaker and shift lever. There are a magnitude of cars that can reach top speed and handle very well so the argument of they handle too good and drive too fast is out the window because you can pick up a vehicle for example the Stinger TT or if you had the opportunity to buy one of the credit ones that outperformed most supers. The police have found ways to combat the speeds and just because you have a fast car you don't always get away. I would really really enjoy seeing the introduction of some of these supers back into the server for regular people to buy you know maybe 2-3M Instead of 40! Again I know this is going to be a mixed reaction to most of you especially people that have been here that long and have obtained some of these cars but you didn't obtain these at the prices they are to day and half of the supercars in the server are never driven because they're in people's garages that don't play. There's something almost majestic when you see some of these beautiful cars driving around the city and I would just like to see more of them there's a video somewhere of a bunch of supers at drift arena doing races they were plentiful back then now they are few and far between.

I'm sorry that you have taken this as a personal attack against pd I was just using a scenario that I could speak on because I was directly involved in it I didn't want to use hearsay and this person and that person I used my direct scenario and applied the knowledge of it to the context of my writings I just wanted to create a healthy conversation about this topic in hopes maybe we could collectively come up with some good ideas

I don't agree Im in SD and i do my paperwork after i've processed the people, so they aren't waiting for me Ive never brought anyone back to sandy or paleto to do my paperwork on there J-time

I completely understand this and I totally appreciate This is the game experience that you like and enjoy and I'm not trying to blame anyone or say anyone's at fault i'm simply just trying to say when you flip the coin to the other side is people spending 3 plus hours unable to do much or do 3 activities and That playing experience is pretty lame.

I am not complaining about this or salty that it happens I just would like to see it become better, there's 3 things to do in doc that's it, poker was taken away there laundry, trash, ore, anyways 3 hour's being in doc sucks especially when you have spent 20-50 minutes pre jail waiting for leo RP, I always feel terrible for people when they are in my car waiting for all the stuff to be sorted. Lets say your a criminal and you for example evade with a gun, you at the minimum get VF01 - Evading an Officer VC05 - Improper Traffic Maneuvers GM04 - Resisting Arrest GM19 - Face Concealment (b) WM02 - Possession of a Class 1 Firearm Now with Real money Diamond VIP 2500 credits a month 25 euro im canadian so thats $37 dollars a month and i got 75 minutes in jail plus 20 min in a holding cell because they didn't want to drive me. 95 min plus my niobe zerod out because the PD decided to ram it until it caught fire instead of a chase, i was pre spiked before i was even asked to step out of the car. Then told i shouldn't be in a niobe an drive a elergy retro. Now to repair this car is 7k the fines were 4800. With all this being said I'm not mad or upset about any of this. This has become a such a common thing and the mentality needs to change OR the waiting/j-time does in my humble opinion. As a Member of SD i am very aware of all these factors and try to play as fair as i can, I am not saying others don't play fair i understand both sides, but from a community standpoint as a WHOLE i don't see how holding cells plus 3 hours in jail if you don't pay real money gives anyone a positive experience.
