  1. I think we all just need to give it a little time to breath. Its new, New always has its upsides and downsides and things that need to be tweaked.
  2. Just reposting my thought for a compromise. Keep the 24 license suspension but have it be on the demerit system. 3 demerits is a suspension still. Charges that would normally suspend your license instead give you a demerit, and have it be that you could only get 1 demerit per arrest.
  3. I mean its hard because the response numbers are kind of ICly motivated.... the amount of times ive been shot at pulling someone over for doing 10 mph over the speed limit
  4. Maybe a middle ground? what if charges that normally would give a suspension instead give a demerit, keep the same system where three demerits is a suspension. Max 1 demerit per arrest so you don't just end up getting it suspended every arrest anyway
  5. I would agree that maybe, a 7 day OOC waiting period for this kind of RP would be appropriate.
  6. My thought behind this would be something like how /frisk works where the person gets a message to /friskapprove. If someone not on gov duty uses /drag on an injured person the person could do /dragapprove and allow themselves to be dragged (with the appropriate RP in /mes and /dos ) to let people load injured into cars that clearly have room in the seats but don't have a trunk with which to put a body. Could also have it have a timer so that people can't just run up and /drag their friends to quickly escape situations if they are hurt.
  7. +1 from me saves PD/SD from wasting a huge chunk of time and stops crims from catching a charge they shouldnt get due to NLR good all around
  8. This is like a rough idea even for a bus route that i think people might actually take the bus and use to help with my initial thoughts
  9. Welcome =D. Take your time and don't rush into anything and you will have a great time!
  10. So I know I am not the only person that this has happened to. You get released from DOC. None of your friends are around and you try and call a taxi but they never respond. You cant take out the rental scooter since there is a DCC worker on duty and your stuck. My thought was to make it for a short time after your released from DOC you can take a rental scooter if DCC has less then three drivers on duty. I can see how this may feel like its taking RP opportunities away from DCC so the other Idea was to have a bus route run between city parking and DOC. While this wouldn't effect everyone it would be a nice compromise and may actually encourage people to actually ride the bus. This still obviously would depend on someone driving the route so as another compromise you could make it a combination. Have it be that you can get the scooter if no one is driving the bus route and there is less then 3 DCC drivers on shift.
  11. I mean it would be no different then people using their friends cars so the plate doesnt come back to them. Idk its an interesting Idea that could use some fleshing out.
  12. more stuff in sandy period would be nice
  13. I don't see an issue with this. your able to do it while carrying a crate so i dont see why you cant while carrying a person
  14. This may be a script limitation with how the MDC is coded but not sure.
  15. I already commented but just reiterating that this is a great idea
  16. I remember that , i appreciated the RP from you
  17. Personally i think the positives have outweighed the downsides of the removal of NCZs. Sure silly stuff still happens but that could be said about pretty much everything on the server and reinstating the NCZs wouldnt change that.
  18. maybe a thing like we have for FDOs now where you can remove someone elses blockade with a timer but only if they are in your faction?
