Added new rule? If two factions are at war and there has been violent interaction within turf zones within 30 minutes, kos is active for additional gang members arriving to the turf.

Criminals don't have tazers, they don't have armour, they don't have snipers, they don't have pd cars. Im saying criminals should be able to get access to stuff the pd has, for example the vehicles. Script wise you cant start a PD vehicle without a key? You should be able to and not be blocked from RP Script wise.

This is true. Your already in a better served job than anyone else, thus having an advantage over others. People in government factions should not have 200% fuel in cars, they should not have free radios, they should not have an advantage. Its simple, this is an RP Server and Criminals get NO help from the server what so ever. You cant sell drugs as they do NOTHING.

Should be added to other factions too, i.e Taxi, when they are training they dont get paid in passenger seat.
