Pazz Posted August 6, 2021 Report Share Posted August 6, 2021 Allowing CTRL + X to be used to remove a specific piece of furniture at a minimum is very much needed. Ideally, you would also be able to edit an already placed piece of furniture by selecting it through CTRL + X alongside the option to remove it. The current method of removing furniture is simply not viable in detailed builds if you do not wish to have a chance of accidentally removing a wall instead of a floor item, or a decorative piece instead of a wall. Tom Solar Posted August 9, 2021 Report Share Posted August 9, 2021 Issue: So basically in a fully furnished environment (or any environment with multiple furniture) its next to impossible to remove a specific piece of furniture without removing everything. The current meta is: standing next to what you want to remove, type /removefurniture and hope the thing you want to remove gets removed. If the specific furniture doesn't get removed but in stead other furniture gets removed, you need to repeat this process until the wanted furniture is removed, then you need to replace all the furniture that you didn't want to remove. Even when building simple structures, this can be quite annoying, misplacing anything can make you have to redo the whole thing. Proposed solution: I propose we add the /removefurniture command/script to the CTRL + X menu, where you would press CTRL + X then press the specific furniture and could then press "remove". 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
