Revelt
This is our current rules for "player theft prison breakout and kidnapping" Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Robberies are to be conducted in a realistic manner and require the robber to have a reasonable in character motive. High risk, but little reward robberies are deemed unrealistic and should not be performed. Robberies should be performed in secluded areas where there is a low chance to be seen by witnesses. Desert and forest areas could be considered secluded but potential witnesses should be taken into account. This is a suggestion for "player theft prison breakout and kidnapping" Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Committing crime / Robberies are to be conducted in a realistic manner and require the robber to have a reasonable in character motive during the day. High risk, but little reward robberies are deemed unrealistic and should not be performed. Robberies should be performed in secluded areas where there is a low chance to be seen by witnesses during the day, Any crimes during the night are allowed, robberies are allowed to be performed in every areas for every situation in the night time. Desert and forest areas could be considered secluded but potential witnesses should be taken into account during the day. Examples (but not limited to), when you're not allowed committing crime / robberies : -Committing crimes / Robberies in public area such as store, highway or any business building during the day are prohibited. I believe this suggestion will bring more immersion, because crime scene happen in any situation and every location but most of it happens during night time, because in real life, most of people go to sleep in the night time and it will bring more RP for those person who own a house or rent a house to use their houses to sleep or make more "Roleplay scenario" This is a small suggestion to make criminal rp alive again, feel free to add more option Edited July 2, 2020 by Revelt 1

CaesarSeizure
+1 have to agree on this, just like in real life, most crime happens at night, just because there would and are a lot less people walking around. Would also drastically decrease reports for robberies.

kenichis
-1 This rule was put in place mainly to allow for more social interactions. Since this rule existed conversations can actually happen in stores, barbers, gas stations, without someone having to fear getting robbed and drawing a gun. While this took a "blow" to criminal RP (if you can even consider these type of robberies as RP), this greatly benefited social RP and those not interested in joining a shootout every 15 minutes.
