Oli Posted June 25, 2020 Report Posted June 25, 2020 -1. Scam RP gives a lot of good RP to the cops and the victim if did correctly and was up to do such RP. If people know they cant be scammed in NCZ, they'll metagame this fact and do all their deals in NCZs to avoid such.

Also, if you have a gun license, under technicality you are permitted to conduct a citizens arrest as you have witnessed a felony being commited and detain the person.
