Stefanie Huth was the previous owner. The reason why it got sold for that is because she owned it for multiple years and she sold it to a friend. 3 million really is a good friends price. However, this fuel station is located near a complete mechanic shop, general store build in and a dealership. The general store build in sold for 21 million. Now I am not saying the fuel station should be valued as much as that store, but just to give an indication PS. it will simply not be worth selling it for that seeing the profits it makes right now after Paleto changed so much. The sheet could be a little weird, as its really old, but it works.

As mentioned before, we are very good friends with Stef and came to an agreement internally for this specific gas station. Stations should be going for 7-10m+ in my opinion.
