Honestly you'd make better profits buying properties in paleto right now making apartments out of them and renting them out i've got 7 room property that makes 320k month and not having to keep putting money in its all profit.

Man its RP its not always have to be best or most profit making sh*t. While you have just to wait now for clients money, gas station in harder locations has to do advertise , events, invest and have more fun and be more busy.

It depends on how you plan on running it. If you plan on keeping the station, making everything back you paid for, yes, it will take a while. What you can do else is make some money with it and sell it again for around the same or more you bought it for, so you have that money + the profits you made with it meanwhile. It's too bad the owner did not keep track of anything. The station seemed to be active, but all we can do is guess now. I would say, offer what you think its worth. Just keep in mind, you can always resell it after you made some profit. I personally do think rouote 68 isn't the best place, but the price is also not the highest for those. 2
