I've owned this house form maybe November 2018 and think its just time to part with it as I don't have much use for it anymore. The only negative that this house had was there was no easy access to the backyard but now with building permissions on properties being a lot more lenient its not that much of a negative. I'm not sure what exactly I want for this house so I'll just be placing offers right now.
