Gramz Posted February 20, 2020 Author Report Posted February 20, 2020 Update for interested bidders: There are about 4-5 different offers around 5 mil (some cash, trade). This isn't too surprising given the sale prices of other stores in the last few months. 5 is a quite a bit below the asking price (8 ceiling / 6 floor), but not a "low-ball." If I do not receive any significantly higher bids by Sunday, February 23rd, I'll move this thing to an auction with an end date of March 1st. Let the prospective buyers sort it out in style.Â
