Yea but the price what your saying is for a shitty house like a 1g for 200k and 3g is worth 1m or used to be, But the climate for the housing will go back up to where they used to be and for 4G are rare and they are worth alot of money

I was the previous owner of this House and let me tell you something, a lot of people offered me well over 8M for that mansion, which that is a decent price for such mansion, Very big, very private, rich neighborhood, modern looking, etc. let the owner decide the price he wants to sell his OWN property for. if you don't like it, you can always just find another cheaper properties and stop wasting other people's time.
