(300 words maximum) Hello, first of all, I'd like to make it clear that I'm not looking to get Junny a combat logging punishment as I don't think he did it with ill intent, I'm simply trying to get the roleplay situation to be reset with the involved parties. We had a situation at Benny's where we were talking shit to Junny and he talked shit back, we tackled and we chased each other, but there was no ill intent. Then however, Junny goes to injure one of my gang members whose in their head. I don't believe he was aware but we've put him at gunpoint and got him into a trunk. We shaved him after all the back and forth talking and let him go. Whilst sitting at Benny's I hear gunshots pop off and see vehicles fleeing towards Alta Street apartments. I follow and notice some vehicles there, but see nothing out of the ordinary. I spin the block and go back to Alta apartments and as I pull into the driveway I see a man in white with a heavy weapon on his back run into the front of the Alta apartments right next to me. I jump off my bike and starts calling out we need people at Alta Street now as the footage will show. I run after the man in white with my gun out and see which floor he went too, which I also called out over the radio. We stage at the door and wait and wait, until we noticed that ID 43 is no longer on the server and has thus logged out. However, I don't think that simply being inside your apartment should be a "safe haven" that'll protect you from everything because we scriptly cannot come inside. I contacted Junny to see if he was coming back, according to him there was nothing to come back too. I've forwarded the DM's to the admin who handled the in-game report as well so there's complete transparency from my side. I was told to post this forum report as it'd be easier to solve it here, since Junny was going to bed IRL and it might be best to reset the roleplay scenario at a later time where both parties have time. Hello ID 45 here, I'll respond to this already. Let me sum it up for you KB. We're holding the lab with rooks. Your boy ID 9 in the FMJ starts following us, as we're set-up above the lab, with scouts. Which is the rooks you've seen following. (JOINT FREQ BTW) Then we get a radio call that one of us has been robbed at casino, we check it out, but since we're cooking we weren't taking your tires from the get go as we had another agenda. You then start following me. Everybody was already back at the lab. No demands are given, nothing is happening. You start following me, I drive back to the lab where I've been holding the entire time / circling around it to scout. Then ID 9 decides to RAM me in his FMJ.... (Non-RP) and then you attempt to ram me as well as I'm driving in. Yet I've shown no hostility towards you or ID 9 in the form of actual aggression with ramming or demands. Then you OPEN FIRE on me without any demands, for what reason? No clue..... I didn't do shit to you yet and wasn't planning to either. Our plan was to finish our cook and get out of there as you were all circling, yet you opened fire on me. Which got everybody's attention inside the lab.... ID 9 had been following us and being annoying as we're circling the lab area constantly, we didn't drive away from it as we had people inside cooking. We did try to speak to him multiple times, never full on rammed him like he did to me. I find it a petty report and to say we're back-up breaching a little far fetched, had you initiated or given demands prior to entering the lab, you'd still be in a grey area in my opinion, but you choose to fight in the lab premises and faced the consequences. I'd like to ask the staff member handling this report why ID 9 decided to ram a kamacho with his FM (Non-RP punishment) and why Kevin Biker opened fire on me without having given any demands to myself (possible deathmatching punishment). Just because you robbed my gang member, doesn't mean you have DM rights on me. Anyway, that'll be all unless requested by staff for something else. Luca Marcello ID 45
