The reporting party claims I've broken the following rule: Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper in-character (IC) motive and/or prior escalation. However, in the initial talk whilst you pulled over, you say: this is not our agreement and that it's going to be a problem. This is a big part of the reason why I shot you, as we're not looking for a Rooks vs. Lost MC beef here, when you are the one who ran away from an active lab and were given demands in said lab. So you said it's going to be a problem, as I'm speaking to Ricky in the MonstroCiti behind, he's asking me if we will win the turf war against you if you decide to drop on our dealers like you did with Rooks. So, you saying it's going to be a problem, is a big part of the situation and critical in the evidence of this report. When they're done robbing you, I'm telling you to not make this a problem as can be heard clearly in the video. Yet you state something along the lines of, "It is going to be a problem". So now you've told me twice it's going to be a problem, and force me to end this conflict right here and there. I step out and shoot you, tell you it's not going to be a problem anymore and finish you. I'd like to ask the reporting party, if he has longer footage, maybe from the moment inside the lab where he was given demands to prove he actually didn't hear them and to show we have been following him since that time. Also, you can't be heard speaking in this evidence for some reason, yet you speaking is what got you killed.... with actual clear (IC) motive. To end a possible gang conflict from happening. Hello team, Please explain your perspective on the initial interaction with ID 9, the chase, the vehicle contact, and the beginning of the shootout. ID 9 in the FMJ was following us while we were scouting above the lab area. At some point we noticed an injured Rook nearby on the freeway onramp and we took him to Pillbox. During that entire time the FMJ was tailing us. We tried asking him directly if he needed something or if we could help him but he stayed completely silent and gave no response. After that we drove back to the lab and set up scouts above it again. The FMJ continued to linger in the area so at one point we followed him back to see what he was doing but turned around when we started getting too far from the lab since we had people inside cooking. At no point during any of this did I consider it a hostile situation. Nobody was making demands, nobody was ramming anyone. To me there was nothing happening and I had no reason to do anything aggressive. I want to be direct about something here. It is clear from the behavior of the other party that they were actively looking for a fight and were baiting a confrontation right above and around the lab area. That is their prerogative but just because that was their mindset does not mean it was mine. I was not interested in a fight. We had serious cooks running on the tables at a lab that sits right on PD's doorstep. The absolute last thing I wanted was to initiate a gunfight and get the whole operation compromised. I was not biting at their bait. At approximately 1:48 in the evidence video the reporting party opened fire on me with zero demands given and no sufficient escalation on my part to justify that. You stated that Locos and Rooks were holding/cooking together and that there were scouts. Please clarify when this joint activity began and who was involved. While we were holding above the lab we noticed an injured Rook on the freeway onramp. We went to assist him, informed him that we were holding at the lab and asked if they wanted to join. They agreed, came to the lab and joined our frequency. It was just Locos and Rooks, no other parties involved. We were already cooking and the Rooks wanted to cook too so they came to hold with us. We had scouts set up above the lab and both Locos and Rooks had eyes on the surrounding area, which is what ID 9 would have been observing when he noticed people moving around near the lab. I want to address the suggestion that I ran into the lab to gain additional numbers in a gunfight. That is not what happened. I was not in a gunfight, I was not asking for backup and I was not leading anyone anywhere intentionally. The lab and everyone in it were already there long before any of this started. Had the other party done proper scouting before committing to a fight they would have realised the numbers they were up against and likely made a different decision. You stated that you drove back toward the area where you had been holding. Please clarify where you went after the casino-related radio call and where you were attempting to go while being chased. I would not describe it as being chased. They were following me but no hostility was shown by either side. I drove from the casino back down towards the city and reduced my speed near Legion Square to make sure I was not going to get flagged at the garage spot where cops tend to sit. I had done nothing to warrant being robbed and was not concerned. Once I was clear of that area I resumed driving normally and made my way onto the freeway heading back to the hill above the lab, using the off-road entrance visible at 1:46 in the video. That is where I was attempting to go when the contact occurred. I was not leading them into anything because to me nothing was happening. They were following and I was not biting. All I wanted was to get back to the cook. Please explain your use or knowledge of any joint frequency around the time of the situation, including who provided it, who was expected to be on it, and what it was being used for. The joint frequency was established when the Rooks joined us at the lab. I was not the one who gave it out, that was handled by the people holding inside. It was set up so that both Locos and Rooks could coordinate while holding and cooking together. This was not something brought in mid-situation, it was already in place before any of this escalated. Also worth noting, our member at the casino had two radios on him and gave them the wrong one. They never had access to our frequency which is why what was said at 0:44 in the evidence video was not heard by anyone on the joint frequency. He was talking on the Revenants frequency which is what that radio belonged to. They were simply not on the right channel. You stated that a radio call was made regarding one of your members being robbed at casino. Please clarify who made that call, what was said, who received that information, and what action was taken as a result. Jackson still had his correct radio on him so he called out on our frequency that he had just been robbed of one of his radios by the people in the Draugur. The FMJ we saw was near the Draugur when we pulled up. Both gangs on the frequency received that information but only Locos acted on it as we understand the rules around that. We assessed the situation, saw that they were stacked and made the call to leave it and continue the hold. It was one radio and we were not about to jeopardise a serious cook over it. This further supports the point that we were not looking for a fight. We had every reason to retaliate at the casino and we chose not to. You stated that you tried to speak to ID 9 multiple times. Please clarify what was said, when this occurred, and whether you have any evidence of this. While he was following us I asked him over VOIP (and text) what he wanted and whether he needed something. He gave no response and remained completely silent so we drove off. At one point I even pulled up in front of him and asked again what he wanted. I was not blocking him in or making it impossible for him to leave, I simply wanted him to communicate. He drove off without a word so we left it at that. This is consistent with everything else, we were not looking for a confrontation. Please explain what information or observations led to your involvement in the shootout after the vehicle contact occurred. At approximately 1:41 in the evidence video I was rammed as I was entering the lab. I was not looking behind me, I was focused on the entrance and swerved slightly left to position myself for the turn into the off-road portion under the freeway. I was suddenly in the air with no warning. I had absolutely no reason to initiate any kind of contact at that point. Even if someone believes I was looking for backup, why would I do anything aggressive out on the freeway where nobody from our side was around. That logic does not hold up. At approximately 1:48 the reporting party opened fire on me with no demands given. When shots started, people on the frequency asked what was happening and the scouts closed in from their positions, as did members who were inside the lab cooking, which is confirmed by Gregor's account. It is also worth noting that at 1:59 in the evidence video someone can clearly be heard referring to it as a lab, which directly contradicts the claim that they were unaware a lab was present. They were scouting right above it, they followed me into the entrance and then they initiated. One of the responding parties, Ramiz, was at least honest enough to state that he wanted to fight and was happy with the outcome regardless of the rules. That confirms what the intention was on their side from the beginning. The only party that was not looking for a fight was us. Could you provide additional clarification regarding the interaction between your vehicle and the FMJ, including how the contact occurred from your perspective? As I was turning into the entrance I swerved slightly left to set up the corner into the off-road portion under the freeway. I did not see the FMJ coming. I was suddenly in the air. I had no intention of making contact and no reason to. I was not in a fight, I was not calling for backup, I was going back to the cook. One of the responding parties states that from their perspective it looked like I turned into them and they tried to avoid it. I understand how it may have appeared from that angle but from my side I did not see them and had zero motive to initiate contact. I was not interested in a fight. We had just walked away from a situation at the casino where we had every reason to retaliate and chose not to. The only hostility in this entire situation was the contact at the entrance that I did not see coming and Kevin Biker opening fire on me immediately after with no demands given. Hello ID 45 here, I'll respond to this already. Let me sum it up for you KB. We're holding the lab with rooks. Your boy ID 9 in the FMJ starts following us, as we're set-up above the lab, with scouts. Which is the rooks you've seen following. (JOINT FREQ BTW) Then we get a radio call that one of us has been robbed at casino, we check it out, but since we're cooking we weren't taking your tires from the get go as we had another agenda. You then start following me. Everybody was already back at the lab. No demands are given, nothing is happening. You start following me, I drive back to the lab where I've been holding the entire time / circling around it to scout. Then ID 9 decides to RAM me in his FMJ.... (Non-RP) and then you attempt to ram me as well as I'm driving in. Yet I've shown no hostility towards you or ID 9 in the form of actual aggression with ramming or demands. Then you OPEN FIRE on me without any demands, for what reason? No clue..... I didn't do shit to you yet and wasn't planning to either. Our plan was to finish our cook and get out of there as you were all circling, yet you opened fire on me. Which got everybody's attention inside the lab.... ID 9 had been following us and being annoying as we're circling the lab area constantly, we didn't drive away from it as we had people inside cooking. We did try to speak to him multiple times, never full on rammed him like he did to me. I find it a petty report and to say we're back-up breaching a little far fetched, had you initiated or given demands prior to entering the lab, you'd still be in a grey area in my opinion, but you choose to fight in the lab premises and faced the consequences. I'd like to ask the staff member handling this report why ID 9 decided to ram a kamacho with his FM (Non-RP punishment) and why Kevin Biker opened fire on me without having given any demands to myself (possible deathmatching punishment).
