Today I decided to put my house up for sale, this is mainly because I am no longer using this house like I used to before. The address is West Mirror Drive 26, the price it is currently selling at is $750,000. This is my ideal buy-out price at this moment. The house a garage that can fit two (2) vehicles inside, therefore, it is spacious enough for two individuals. The interior is not changed at all, it has a default one. I am in no rush to sell this house myself. The house will be selling at my ideal buy-out price, however, if there are any offers that may come my way - I may reconsider. I could also settle for a lower price, however, a negotiation is a must.
