also @Paulius I remember you working on something in regards to this just that you entered from the house door instead of the garage. any Chance that this could be remade to be a "garage property" instead of a main property addon?

It would also be really cool if they removed all the original game gates and introduced a way for you to put your own in and create an automatic gate system where they open automatically with a password or button. Because such a system was in GTA Samp and MTA already in 2007. So I don't understand where the problem is in creating it here.   The video is just a example

I don't think this thing would take much time to build. As we can see, they are working on bigger updates and also changing some smaller things from time to time.

It would take a lot of time, as it's a completely new system that also requires devs to look at every single house in the game that has or can have some sort of garage outside, which then needs to be matched with a magically appearing garage, which requires tons of map modeling for every single unique instance. So my original reasoning still stands, especially considering the latter part of it:

It's been done before. Of course, some news will take time, but if we start looking here and complaining about time, then maybe let's not do anything. But that's not up to us. All I can do here is waste my time and justify why this idea would be good. 
Of course there are many other things that should be improved before starting something new. All the old work systems that have bugs

Immerserve parking gameplay of 20secs/day use > mid-sized gameplay update.
Cool idea, just a waste of your time mate, it's not gonna happen.
