PenguWin Posted May 29 Report Posted May 29 (edited) Hello, as the title says. Playing for an hour each day gave you server credits the longer you had your streak for. The system helped other players, including myself, stay motivated to play everyday. Ever since the new system was implemented not only did I lose my streak, we’re forced to remember to hold ALT on ourselves outside of a vehicle and give feedback to claim the reward. I find this extremely inconvenient, given that I am in an RP scenario most of the time and might miss the notification or be in a vehicle, and not being beneficial what so ever, as any suggestions or feedback are already taken to forums for everyone to see. I can see the point of having an in game feedback system and its benefits but linking it to the daily reward system does more harm than good. Thank you for taking your time to read and review this. Edit: I just noticed that I can do it within a vehicle, but yet again still inconvenient and easy forgetable if you're driving around to see the notification. Edited May 30 by PenguWin 1 4 Quote
inorigj Posted May 30 Report Posted May 30 You don't need to be outside a vehicle, but I do agree with the overall post Quote
SneakySniper Posted May 30 Report Posted May 30 +1 Most people probably just use the emojis which doesn't really hold much value, seems unnecessary to have and i always forget too. Quote
PurplePlant Posted June 1 Report Posted June 1 +1 i like feedback systems but its probably not going to be used seriously and if it is, how much time will devs spending going through it? Quote

Easy fix, minimum characters needed. Anything none English (random keyboard storkes) is flagged, gets flagged again of happens again and boom, no credits for you for 2 weeks. Quote
Josh Posted June 3 Report Posted June 3 +1 i agree, often nothing happens so i just say nothin. A minimum character or requirement to have English written is even going to do more harm than good. Its more likely to demotivate people to even submit it. Quote
Dima Posted Saturday at 04:05 AM Report Posted Saturday at 04:05 AM +1 I just spam random stuff and submit. It’s the same as the old rate rp no one used. Plus it’s confusing for any new players I believe they’ll probs not realise until someone tells them. Quote

If they’re thinking it will make use it like they’re not loosing money with this they’re actually keeping/bringing more players in which don’t want to spend money on the game. Quote
theflyingfuck Posted Saturday at 04:33 AM Report Posted Saturday at 04:33 AM +1 i dont feel like giving feed back per day im in the server. please change this back to what it was. Quote

The overall concept was the main part Quote
Jase Junius Posted Saturday at 05:25 PM Report Posted Saturday at 05:25 PM +1 Like someone said at one point whats the point in doing it your either in an active rp situation or your not. If you are and the notification pops up you will forget to do it. And then how much time do devs spend actually reading the feedback given from it?? Quote
Pazz Posted Sunday at 08:24 AM Report Posted Sunday at 08:24 AM People who are committed or passionate enough to the point of wanting to give feedback already do so on the forums. Adding a barrier to daily credit gain, a system that was meant to incentivize daily logins and one-hour gaming sessions, defeats the entire purpose by adding a layer of inconvenience. If the session feedback system is so utterly relevant and important that it cannot be missed, which I wholly doubt and what is more likely is that it's just there to look pretty and not actually produce results or staff/developer action, then leave it in there optionally. As it stands, the last thing we need to be doing with the current state of the server and its playerbase is adding more layers of inconvenience and barriers to systems that were incentivizing daily participation from players. 2 1 3 Quote
