I agree completely. Elections have been alienated to a group of people that are already familiar with the gov site and how to use it, which in turn can definitely lean votes towards a certain demographic of the server. There needs to be more in game viability for these elections, whether it's a script or a Google form.

This. I wasn't even aware that names were directly attached to properties until now. We need more storage options, especially for criminals that aren't just "ah yes I will stash all my belongings in a void".

In the unreasonably closed suggestion thread regarding removing the death screen, valid concerns were brought up. If the goal is to provide an indicator, why not just add. simple text indicator on the screen somewhere like bottom middle? "You are injured!' ll" The new death screen is overwhelming and unneeded, nor wanted in the slightest.

Normal texture quality fixed a majority of the issues for me.

I'd like an IC forum category for more general things like websites. Blogs, news sites, 'channels'. Things that really don't belong anywhere else that may exist rn. Not everyone has the cash to spare to host something and it also takes a lengthy amount of times to get these things approved by SA+.

This entire reply is just yikes. Even in the most free speech country, America, freedom of speech is not freedom of consequence. That is a fact. Speech that directly results in violence, actions discriminating against a group and private entities are still allowed to regulate speech however they please. Freedom of speech simply refers to freedom of criminal liability. I'd like to know exactly what "opinions that are progressive" you're referring to that people are belittled for not sharing.

Typically when I post on the forums, especially about LEOs it's to bitch about this or that but I finally come with an appreciative thread. I just wanted to thank PD and SD command both for not putting up with the bigots that have managed to squirrel their way into every corner of this community and believe that that their tenure somehow makes them immune. I haven't seen discharges/denials en masse regarding this topic in likely ever. I don't know if it was much more secretive before or these command members finally decided that enough was enough. Either way, I personally appreciate what is being done by these members of the community to try and keep it as inclusive and welcoming as possible. I'm sure people can find this and other reasons to appreciate what LEOs do, feel free to post. note; please don't bring your bigotry in this thread. no one cares

It just feels like there's no viable counter to a marksman in a heli (Not saying they should be able to be taken out by a single person with a .50.) Bikes/supers can be rammed by inexpensive vehicles, tires popped, etc. I need to look more into the whole bullets not reaching helis thing. EDIT: Even SWAT helicopters aren't going to stay around when they're taking fire due to the fact it's extremely dangerous for a helicopter to even take a couple bullets.

Anything from an actual recoil, similar to current heavies and .50 or deeming use in helicopters NonRP. Even most military helicopters utilize LMGs because trying to reliably hit a moving target while you yourself a moving is not fun. I think the first one would be more fair for both sides maybe, from the few crims that do use marksman rifles.

It has no recoil and is used by LEOs in helicopters that are actively moving like some scene out of John Wick and seems to have more reach than any weapon available to crims.

Sadly won't be considered or responded to by the Founders. They have shown and iterated time and time again they wish to maintain 100% control of the server, including but not limited to bringing on new developers.
