Hey! Sometimes, It says that the name is taken, but in reality it isn't. So just check your licenses after accepting the name change. Feel free to contact the founders for a credit refund. Secondly, for your record to be cleared, you must relog after the name change. Only then does the server register you under your new name + wipe your criminal record. As per the record, please confirm with me if it was wiped once you relog. About the credits. Only founders can process these. Thanks, Support Staff Xypint
