They already knew Michael Pedro and he thought this was going to go far and was a great idea so he decided to join, he helped them with the gang and became the 3rd leader as he helped them with everything. First the name was Notorious but then they improvised into to something that actually showed them so it became Notorious Rogues. The gang was created a few days ago ((26/12/2018)) and we are looking to grow bigger also there wasn't a certain location where the gang was created. Currently 2 of the 3 leaders are banned (Issa joke we're working on this part) Establish political relations ✔ Gain members besides the leaders ✔ Establish a code of conduct ✔ Create a thread ✔ Formulate a uniform or dress code ✔ Establish an armory Create a footing in drugs and illegal weapons trafficking Create a name for ourselves Gain 10 members Gain official status Establish a working thread Higher ranks and lower ranks wear the same outfit. We have two colours white and red, our colour is mainly white and the parts which is primarily white are the pants and top. The hat,mask and shoes have to be red and any other added accessories could be your colour of choice. If a member fails to meet this will result in the member to be frowned upon and more than likely removed from the faction. We don't appreciate people who don't embrace their gang. And when asked "Who are you with" or "what gang" unless your life may be at risk for whatever reason you must embrace your gang with pride.  In-character, the leadership is lenient. We are friendly and we want to make out gang feel like a family rather that a cult. We provide backup to those in need and never leave anyone behind. If someone is cooking or going robbing, and someone wants to join, unless there is a reasonable circumstance, we don't leave anyone out. If word gets to us that a member is robbing allies or taking part in disrespectful activities, they will be punished accordingly. Recruitment into our faction is exclusive. Recruitment is only done ICly, and the most we will talk to you about recruitment OOCly is the timings we are online. Other than that you must approach us ICly. We don't recruit people who ask, we find you and we evaluate you to see if you are worthy. We look for motivated and mature individuals. We don't feel in need of members, we prefer quality over quantity. If you are motivated and want to join all you got to do is show us you can RP really good, use excessive /me's and /do's and RP everything in detail you also need to have a good understanding of Eclipse RP rules and a minimum of 3500 XP, exceptions for alts could be made. We don't have any requirements other than this. This gang has activity and leadership in the EU and in the US. We are active in both time-zones. As a faction, we take rule breaks very seriously. Repeat offenders will be immediately removed, without warnings. Mistakes are understandable but we only want people that are here to roleplay. Not kill everyone. We require superb roleplay in all our activities from meetings and gatherings, to robberies and social activities. We encourage our members to roleplay everything like taking batteries, aiming weapons, even quivering during a robbery, etc. Before joining we also take a good look at your admin logs to make sure we don't have any repeat offenders, as we don't like to house such people.

Yes, but it doesn't take priority over /reports. like okay, if you are chasing someone responding to a /report will ruin the momentum. In that case it makes sense to not respond.

Currently I feel there are certain admins that ignore /reports. I think /reports should take reasonable priority over normal roleplay. I understand admins are here to RP too, but if they can't take on the responsibility of enforcing rules via /reports then they shouldn't really be admins. I've seen /reports go unanswered for hour with several admins online. I myself have /pmed admings before for them to tell me they are busy in RP but when I see them ICly they are having useless conversations.. I know I shouldn't do this but this instance occured when I was fairly new. Maybe there should be a quota system like a certain amount of reports must be answered per week/day/month. Just a suggestion, feel free to elaborate.

Well, tbh, people IRL dont make bank off of scrapping cars... and the especially dont steal others cars and sell the parts to be crushed and recycled.. so this has nothing to do with nerfed chopshops but more people breaking into cars to steal shit.

Hey. I'm writing here today to present an idea to developers, founders, and the general public of the Eclipse Roleplay Community. I would like to suggest the idea of implementing security systems. But not like there currently is. Right now by default all cars have a alarm system and locks. When cars are bobby pinned, it is randomly chosen how many attempts it takes. I suggest all cars come with a basic alarm system and locks, and these can be upgraded at LSC. So level1-4 alarm and locks, and the higher level security system you purchase, the harder or longer it takes to bobby pin your car. And maybe the better your alarm system, the faster you are notified your car is being stolen. Perhaps lvl 1 is 30 sec after a failed attempt, lvl 2 is 30sec after failed or passed attempt, lvl 3 is 10 sec after started and lvl 4 is when started. As can be determined, I'm originally a rather old player I joined April 2017, under leadership of the original founders. I got in game spawned at the airport ran halfway up the highway and said "fuck it" and quit the server, before reaching even 100xp. Not to come back for a year and a half. This was because I didnt want to run to the city to find civilization. I suggest it should be more clear that there is a rental spot to get a vehicle. Amd maybe not speed limit these vehicles, and keep it up to the driver. Driving miles at 70km/h on a highway isnt pleasing as a new player. Citybees should be limited to 120km/h instead.
