  1. Partially agree with minus the google docs part for keeping track of pilots. I would probably aim more for the LSAA creating a section on the government LSAA forums were we keep track of all pilots like a profile section that keeps track of the pilots flight hours, registered planes, current certifications, and ratings, and lastly any markups during flight training. Or if possible be able to look at the profile in-game w/o having to tab out. Less work. I was aiming also for a /transponder on command which would automatically turn on the blimp for anyone who is LSAA, A Pilot, Admin, or other pilot. Kind of a TCAS thing so other pilots can see other pilots as well. /transponder off is also an option though. Which is a big no no for this world, unless we want a less regulated airspace.
  2. Not if this is in front of them mate. In all seriousness though I think the refueling points will be at Los Santos International, and Sandy. Airports will be NCZ as far as I know.
  3. And just to put more clarity on the whole fighter jets thing if implemented, and accepted it will have a system to it all. I think one of the most important elements in all of this talk is drafting a fair ROE (Rules of Engagement). I will admit that is one part of aviation that I am not 100% familiar with so if anyone else wants to pitch in on this I would love to hear the process that you are actually able to share of course.

  6. Believe me the system I setup will have no loopholes, unless your a clever MooFoo! I actually want their to be loopholes. Makes the RP experience more interesting, but not to many that it turns into a play ground. As for Commercial Pilots I would say add another Certification for them such as ATP (Airline Transportation Pilots). In order to become that you first have to join an Airline. Before you can do that their has to be an airline. Before that the government / LSAA will have to approve it first. So far in the handbook I only made 3 Certifications, the last Certification will be the "fun one" meaning you will open the full experience of aviation. If you can make it that far!
  7. I recently suggested tying illegal weapons into options for cargo during box trucker missions or brinks. For snipers I say yes BUT it will have to be through the black market. Criminals ambush a trucker who has to be transporting illegal weapons take them, bing bing a sniper and run like hell and then tell everyone hey! My riffle is bigger! I’ll give it to you if you give me your life’s savings! Sorry its late... +1! Ohh! And I love golf irl I suck at it but love it for some reason! +1 on that!

    It dose save having to hit the esc button and mark a place on the map. Also serves a purpose on using a number system for addresses. +1.
  10. This can work as well, in fact I would actually prefer this instead of an automated system. It will just be another filter. And about the knowledge exam? Automated or in game? I would say on the forums. As for rouge aircraft I was referring to PD as a temporary resource until we can get a solid Air Force up and running. But then again the system should be so secured that a thing like rouge flying can be rare.
  11. First off +1 to the infinity power! As for the name? L.S.A.A or Los Santos Aviation Administration? I Agree with what you said hear Parker on it being a government Branch. Won't clutter the main forums and have a structure to it. I think we should divide the certifications in three that being (1) For Student, (2) for Recreational, and (3) Private Pilot or PPL. Each having their corresponding restrictions which gradually goes away during time, and rank. To put it simply Student Pilot - Can fly around Sandy Shores to Grape Seed Airfield. No Passengers. Recreational Pilot - Can fly anywhere around the county as long as they are 1,000 ft above any structure, and remain clear of Restricted Airspace or Class B (LSX). May carry Passengers. Aircraft restrictions? I'll leave that to the administration and government but personally it's any aircraft that dose not exceed 180 hours power. Private Pilot - Can fly anywhere around the county or city as long as they are 1,000 ft above any structure, and remain clear of Restricted Airspace's. Can enter Class B airspace as well (LSX). Can be issued Ratings! Rotorcraft or Helicopter Rating. Government Employee Rating (LEO/SAR/Gov Factions). F-16 Rating. [Note: This will not be handed over like candy. You have to earn it!] Sport / Para-dropping Rating. [you know what this means!] And any others I missed. Training? I say do it like the DMV for the student Pilot. Before anyone can take the exam they have to come on the government forums and pass a security check. After cleared than they can walk up to the point at Sandy Shores Airfield and take the LSAA knowledge Exam for a student. After they pass they can get into an aircraft and fly the checkpoints while reading the [Instructor] words carefully! If they pass they are a student Pilot! Buy a Cessna or Dodo or what they called? Help a brother out! And fly around Sandy Shores and Grape-Seed airstrip. Yes they are restricted to LSX for the time being. Then "when they choose" they can apply for their Recreational or Jump over to PPL. The choice is yours to make. For ATC anyone can apply for this. Pilot or not. They can communicate to other pilots over a given radio frequency. 3-2 of them on average. When off duty CTAF will be used across all airspace's. 1 at LSX, 1 at Sandy, and 1 that assists at LSX. As for fighter jets I'm not sure how the administration wishes to do this over hear but I see it as a last case scenario. If we get a renegade plane than PD should be the primary resource. Typically planes are scrambled when it's an "unresponsive plane, or breaching restricted airspace" such as fort Zankudo or landing in the middle of the street in LS. Other Ideas: Again not sure how we should restrict all the planes. I leave that open for discussion. /transponder ON command [Doing this will allow anyone that is an on duty ATC or pilot see the persons blimp on the map. This means you can turn it off hint hint!] Also you have to be in the aircraft in order to get the blimp. Ground Crewman. People that can re-fuel your aircraft. Mechanics like Bay View can fix planes or customize them? Is this even possible in GTAV? That's it! Let me know what you all think!
  12. I see a lot of lone sharks out their perhaps make it so you have to rob WITH someone else. One as the driver other as the person who aims an SMG at your head so you feel scared and actually stop and give up your stuff but have nothing so they just drive off and you forgot every single detail following it when speaking to the cops. Was that specific?
