editing cars in general is just a negative change all round, it would take a lot of time and the cars in gta are made to go a speed that is scaled to the map size. if we had cars doing 300 everywhere then it would just look stupid. as for the repairs i don't think a change is needed at all. if you crash your car enough to the point of its engine reaching 0, you pay a certain amount based upon the vehicles imported price. i don't think this change is needed at all.
