overall i think this is a -1 from me, this kind of system only works on voip only servers, and with the amount of people who play casually, coming back after maybe 3-4 months of not playing having no alias, they might find it hard to come across familiar faces. Another thing is, with the very limited character customisation on ECRP, it would be hard to tell everybody apart as every characters model is using the base GTAO male/female models, meaning that no characters appearance has any real uniqueness about it aside from their alias. There are also way too many people on the server who only type so changing to voip only also wouldn't be a feasible option.

do you not think that if someone is scared to look like a "bad guy" for punishing someone then they shouldn't have been put into the position where they are able to do so? also, with the way ecrp rules are set out, looking at report decisions does help a lot as there are no real set in stone guidelines as a lot of punishments are down to staffs opinion so looking at past reports is a good guideline for players to base these guidelines off of. another thing that i would like to mention is the endless amount of clips that people can find through reports, whether its to look back on memories with friends that they can't find the video of, or to try and show someone what an example of a rulebreak is to educate them.

+/- Whilst the three maximum labs is nice as it means that there are more overall interactions in labs, i do believe that there should be at least two of the labs that contain the coke/lsd tables. this is so that multiple gangs are able to cook at once, without it being a king of the hill system with one “meta” lab. but there is still one available for the crims who want to have a different type of tables for other reasons.
