  1. Looking to sell/trade my StatTrak Factory New M9 Bayonet Damascus Steel (Lightning Gem (Pattern 661)) & Minimal Wear Snow Gloves combo. Looking for 50k for the combo, or trade for a super. Knife can be used for hunting, or flexing on brokies. Leave offers on this post, I know what I have - serious offers only. I also have other gloves & knives but I'm mainly looking to get rid of this combo as I've had my fun with it.
  2. Only +1'ing if i can still fort47 on the dead opps when letting the homie ride on my back in a piggyback style at the same time.

  4. Would be cool to see this, I personally don't really care for the HP / AP bar bit of the suggestion and i feel that the engine status indicator is cool as is, will just take some getting used to. The hexagons fall in line with a more modern-styled UI and looks nicer than the bars. I would love to see the actual heart symbol become a tad bit easier to differentiate from the red bit in the hexagon as the two reds blend - maybe food & water always show by default & move when AP is put on. Sorry network graphic health bar users, your nightmares have become a reality.

  7. Supers will never devalue unless they are made widely available to people using in-game money at ingame dealerships and the prices are set low. Most supers are still worth 20+ mil the same as they were in 2020/2021 - hell, the most recent super auction ended at 25 mil. Plus, none of the cars added are supers, they're all sports class, and no value was lost as they are all credit exclusive (minus 2-3 itali GTOs) and didn't exist on the server before, so the people buying them now are flexing them in the sense that they are the first people to buy them up and drive them around. The only super that was added to the credit store post-2017 was the ETR-1 and in all honestly, it's a misclassed sports car, and the design of it is terrible and looks like someone gave a 10-year-old a blank template on Fusion 360 and said "Here, design a car" and spat out the ETR-1. Supers are still a flex and won't not be, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
  8. Nothing specific I can give you regarding when/how, but I've raised this with Osvaldon and he will be working on something to help prevent this moving forward. No ETAs.
  9. Hey there, What @Ash said sums this up pretty well, but with a bit more "beef", The simple answer to this is that the vehicles that PD/SD utilizes for high-speed chases and what they have in general simply match the server's environment and "what they need to go against" - e.g vehicles you see en mass such as Paragons/Paragon S' (Bentley's & Bentley's where only 18 were ever produced), Issi Sports, Jugulars (Jaguars (your own comparison)), high-end sports cars that meet high speeds and have high performance, etc. Keep in mind that 90% of traffic stops that happen (for going 8 km/h over) result in someone attempting to evade officers as well, which you do not see IRL even if someone has a felony warrant. You must also keep in mind that they are simply not able to just "drive around" in these cars, they have protocols and special conditions to utilize these vehicles, whereas on the other side of the server's playstyle (crim/civ) you can just pull out a kamacho or a paragon/jugular whenever you want and use it how you please. Although this is an RP server where we, to an extent, aim to be realistic with what happens on the server, we are not trying to replicate how it is 100% of the time in real life, it is still a game at the end of the day so sometimes minor things such as LEO getting a Jaguar-inspired vehicle to be a highspeed chase unit will be a thing. If you believe LEO (keep in mind it's not just PD on the server) shouldn't have specific vehicles, you can attempt to raise the issue with GOV ICly to see if they are able to reconsider the vehicles available to them. 10. I don't use it often, but minor differentiation in chat could be pretty cool just to lose the "was that just to me?" thought that may come to mind when someone uses /cw. 15. Good to hear about the "reach out" thing, I had heard about it from someone but was unsure if it was a "proper" thing or just one of those "yeah I do that sometimes" things. As for what you mentioned about charges, this is valid, it's a tricky thing to balance as a reckless could ruin someone's RP but not affect another person's.
  16. A prime example of why nothing positive comes from these posts and nothing productive gets done is because multiple people play the "well I'm more crim than you" or "you're PD so you don't understand" arguments and skirt off from actual feedback or constructive conversation. Although (to an extent) they may be valid on a personal level, please keep the topic on what was posted by the OP; nothing productive will come from redundant personal debates on who's the bigger crim and no feedback gets back to staff when we read forum ego battles, do better and keep it on topic - all sides.
  17. Hey there! As seen in the announcements channel in the ECRP Discord. player reports have become viewable to all again. If you seek more information, I'd recommend checking the aforementioned channel. Suggestion archived.
  18. As a precursor, please keep in mind I've never been a part of the SAJB faction and only know how it works from an outside perspective so there may be some shit takes in what I typed. I hold zero intentions to make assumptions and/or accusatory comments towards SAJB or any faction members (hopefully nothing I said insinuates that). If you know me, you know that I'm extremely open to being informed on things I may inadvertently misconstrue or misunderstand. TL;DR (too lazy, didn't read) at the bottom. Somewhat experiencing how SAJB works from a second-hand perspective, I think they do the best they can in terms of actually working on the case(s) they receive, the issue that I've seemed to notice is the availability to schedule a trial whether it be Judge's availability or players being unable to make the trial at the same time as another player/member of JB, or there being more cases than what can be handled by the limited number of faction members. A small change that I believe would make a large impact would be disallowing petty charges (anything under a felony/serious misdemeanor (this is a rough idea, I don't have a list in mind)) from being appealable may help with clutter in cases/an influx of cases. An example of this is reckless operation charges; this citation/charge is not character-altering in the slightest, the worst that'll happen is a possible license suspension and/or a denial from DCC due to their vehicle-related crime policies for employees. Charges like this that do not majorly affect a player's experience (job opportunities) on the server shouldn't be entertained as it just takes up time and energy that could otherwise be spent on cases like Herrman Wolff's or Cyrus Raven's where they have had serious repercussions for their characters due to the charges they received. The only OOC "change" I think would be nice with SAJB's processes (if this is not already a thing) is that if a player is banned or holds more than 30 days of inactivity on the server (character inactivity or overall) the case should be closed for OOC inactivity. My perspective on this isn't one of "JB needs to be reworked", because I do think that JB's processes work and the faction has its efficiencies, but I more hold the opinion that I believe JB RP is some of the most niche, unique, interesting, and deep RP that happens on the server and it'd be nice to see more cases or a way to get these things sped up whether it's an established timeline for cases to be concluded/open or disallowing petty cases from being opened. TL;DR - In my opinion, SAJB is working as fine as it can be, they just need to create a list of charges that cannot be appealed through the courts (citations/nuisance misdemeanors) to help prevent multi-month backlogs in cases. If a player is banned, or holds more than 30 days of inactivity, their case should be closed for OOC reasons. Cases being open for a year shouldn't be a thing.
  19. Lots of cool ideas came from a poll of mine in ECRP General chat regarding "Why don't people buy boats" and a lot of cool ideas came from it. This thread is being created to keep the ideas logged somewhere that won't be lost in general chatter. I'll eventually browse suggestions for some old water-related/boat-related suggestions and link them here in the main post. Feel free to drop ideas! (To the forum warriors: If someone somehow manages to make this discussion/suggestion thread about a certain playerbase v another playerbase (Crim v LEO) I'll probably just ban you for a week on the forums, it's about boats let's keep it that way and not be cringe)
  20. +1 I think my good friends @Chrisy @Scar. @Copes will agree.
  21. The original concept of this suggestion seemed to be "add a skill check to fix stabilize and people dying", now reading your most recent reply, I understand what you're saying. I do think a simple solution would be that if the animation is canceled, the script is canceled, and/or what Chapman mentioned about a slower tick time compared to full heal with no health-loss tick. I was going to drop a follow-up comment containing essentially what @Chapman put (as we both spoke about it a bit in TS), I think there are alternatives to skill checks being added to change things up, /stabilize does have a problem of giving "endpoint" RP, so seeing that change would be nice.
  22. Like what Squirtle said, it is annoying, I can see this issue, agree with the issue, and can only show empathy towards it, but simply put and respectfully, we're not going to pause an update being pushed because people are trying to make 30k off a house robbery. Typically, the only time we've paused a restart or extended it is because a large illegal shipment was coming in, and those are a headache to refund and there are normally a large amount of players and money involved as well. We do our best to focus restarts/updates earlier in the day so it does not effect too many players, but sometimes it's unavoidable. If this happens, just make a refund request, we refund 90% of the ones that roll in that are made because of a restart killing off a house robbery; end of the day we only refund what was spent, we don't refund potential gains. To touch on your point about drills, crates, etc not being refunded; I can tell you now, every refund for a house robbery I've seen is simply "I was doing a house robbery and the server restarted", it's quite rare for people to include that information, so I'd advise you to do that in future refunds. Archived.
  23. I'm not going to lie, as soon as I read "it should use skill check" I scrolled straight down to type this. The time in /stabilize is used to roleplay treating injuries, what's the alternative to this, press space 13 times, then do /do the patient would be healed and call that medical RP? Skill checks should not be used on every timed script that we have, it's already pushing the line as you need to do it to fill water bottles, I'd really hate to see it be an alternative to players actually roleplaying. Even as is, most /stabilize RP is just someone going /do bleeding everywhere or /do able after being hit with 8+ lines of quality RP, the suggestion to add skill checks is essentially asking to just get rid of the RP aspect in total and just turn it into a pickup/dropoff style of "rp" where MD more or less just heals, transports, onto the next as opposed to offering advanced medical RP to players and offering an outlet for people to do that RP. I understand the issues with /stabilize, but I think the issues you listed are extremely niche and not really an issue with the command itself or what comes with the command; taking a medic hostage in the middle of the animation? "This happens even if you kill the injured person" if you kill the injured person, what's the issue with /stabilize here? You killed the person being treated. If the issue is about "endpoint" RP coming from stabilize, reworking it to work similar to /cpr where you get health back but it ticks down so it's not "welp their stabilized, that's it, they have 0 chance of dying" would be good to see over spacebar spam. I don't really see a solution in this aside from "add skill checks", which is something I'd personally not want to see supported.
  24. What would you consider "old" to be? 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year? I think this would be a nice addition, as I have a female character I made for a specific, one-time-use purpose and have 0 intention of playing on it again, so getting rid of it would be nice. I'd just want to make sure that "old" is reasonable and not just one of them "eh i don't want to play with you anymore" after 2 weeks and delete the character moment and something people will use to make a new character to RP with.
