In my opinion, The only issue I see in this is being held for too long, but that should, could, and in the past has been worked out between players in past situations. It's a reach for you to state that being told to finish chopping cars or planting weed at a lab by rival criminals (on a video game RP server) is "slavery" in the same context as past slavery experiences in multiple countries where the victims faced constant abuse (physical and verbal), racial/nationality-based discrimination, and terrible conditions which may have (or has) resulted in their deaths due to said conditions; some truly evil stuff. You were at a lab chopping and planting, got caught lacking by others, and the other criminals opted to make you finish chopping the car and planting/picking the weed you had there so they could ensure that they wouldn't be rolled up on and attacked - this isn't slavery to the extent that you're trying to push the narrative to be, it's someone making you finish the job so they can leave without risk of you doing anything.

I won't be naming any rewards that already come with F4 such as treasury. Similar to IFM, LFM should give F4 off-rip, and the perks that come with it are included already. From when I led a legal F4 Official faction, these were a few of the ideas we had in the past: Mapping requests (staff): I'm only covering this point, not suggesting it, but anyone can put in a mapping request, and T1+ factions (whether legal or illegal) get a looser request process regarding how close to the event they can request a map to be made. Give factions an HQ and in later tiers, a property (staff): Factions need HQs, offer them a faction HQ in one of the earlier tiers. In the later tiers, offer them a property as long as it makes sense to the group and there will be RP happening there. A custom badge system (dev): Allow the factions to dictate via a selection menu as to what the "badge" is classed as (let them choose what they are called). The command will remain /badge, but the badge text itself + the ame will adjust to what the faction had set it to be. Burnout used pins. Assured Services used business cards. Custom clothing (modders): Much like illegal factions, allow legal factions to have custom clothing/graphics made for them. We have a modder team, so to not overload them too much it should remain similar to IFM's tiers where custom-modded items come later on. Custom Mapping/Branding (modders): Allow factions to have custom branding/added near their HQ if it's reasonable. An example is the Burnout Nation lot having a business logo/sign on the front; let factions get similar things like that rebranded to their faction. This should be a later-tier reward as map changes = longevity and we don't want T1 factions getting map changes and then they are gone in a month or two. Faction Funding Allowance (staff): Allow factions to be given an allowance per event or per request system via the new LSFM "IC company". Faction will need to request this so it's not just "gimme money for event", and any excess money should be returned to LSFM. Events hosted using this money should not allow the faction(s) to charge a fee, or host any raffles/auctions at the event which will result in profit. Don't let people use free money to make money. If they want to host a raffle, they can pay for it themselves. Faction Vehicles (dev): Allow factions to spawn vehicles similar to GOV/Legal factions already allow. Vehicles should only be added per request and should make sense to a faction (e.g. a security faction gets Cavalcades for VIP escorts or a business faction gets a nicer sports/luxury vehicle for business meetings or other public-facing reasons). This should be a later-tier reward. Custom Interior (dev?): Allow factions of a specific type to be given interiors that make sense for the faction. A business-style faction can be given an interior similar to a loan office building interior. This is a niche to business factions and can be considered an HQ/Property.

you have to google this place bro?

I've gone ahead and hidden the response about meta-vehicle usage because it's argumentative, completely pointless, and holds no input to the core of the suggestion... which is about the length of the snow being present... I ask that we keep this suggestion sacred and about the snow, not some meta-vehicle argument-to-be. Stop committing community suggestion arson and starting fires unless you're trying to stay warm in-game during the snowy time on ECRP.

As it stands our deathmatching rules do not include damaging other player's property to be deathmatching. I do not recall when this came into play as I also remember it being a part of the Deathmatching ruleset, but it is no longer considered Deathmatching and could be considered NonRP via Poor RP depending on the situation. LEO usage of their airship is currently not something we hold interest in creating a server rule for; this is something that is currently solely established by the factions themselves via deployment policy and LFM (Legal Faction Management) who oversees these factions from an OOC management perspective. If you hold serious concerns about how legal factions such as the LSPD, LSSD, etc utilize their vehicles, the best avenue would be to contact a member of the faction's leadership/command whether it be an attempt through a Discord private message or via an OOC Roleplay Standard Report (OOC IA) to raise the issue. Archived.

At this time this is not something we will consider adding to the rules; Quite straightforward, and with all due respect being issued out to this type of RP, it's very niche, and not widespread enough that there needs to be a server rule set in place for it. If you would like to roleplay being of an older age and having medical complications such as having a pacemaker you may, but it is up to you to roleplay with it and stick to that roleplay and line up results of actions such as having your pacemaker malfunction as a result of being tased. The change was brought in to make the RP of being arrested/cuffed quicker and get rid of the awkward interactions of two players sitting still for (sometimes up to) minutes for RP to happen. The minigame was added to allow for resistance to cuffs, and LEO factions have adopted a "warning" to ensure that players are not just being surprised; in a way to "prepare" them for the incoming cuff so they can do the minigame if they want to resist. At this time, for the reason(s) mentioned above, we will not be adding this suggestion to the server rules and by the EDIT on the main post, it seems that this is no longer being pursued. This will be archived.

There is not much to say to this; We as a staff team have discussed this in the past and put a focus on looking into something being an IC accident or not (was it lag or not) and will rule on that for the fairness of those involved; it's a courtesy we offer everyone and we will not be removing this courtesy. We do our best to not pause situations for too long to reset them, if you had to sit still for too long to ensure someone got a fair chance, I'm sorry to hear. This will be locked & archived.

In an ideal world, no one will drive 240 km/h through city square-like areas such as Legion Square, people who are unemployed/criminals that do petty theft such as rob ATMs or General Stores won't drive cars that have an MSRP of $200,000+ IRL, people wouldn't own 15 high-end cars when they are simply employed as a mechanic, police officers won't own supercars, the list goes on. I will say that I completely understand, appreciate, and can agree with the sentiment behind this post, but simply put, we won't be implementing this as a rule at this time as we currently do not have the intention to further limit how people can use their vehicles and what locations are deemed fit for specific vehicle classes. With that being said, this will be locked & archived.

Paleto Bay Carwash would be W to see, could still just go to LSC, Bayview, or Benjamin's but if you pay for VIP and want to take advantage of the perks (including the car wash fees one) I can understand the demand for another one.
-
This is not a bug, it's a mod that you can get on a few vehicles - it's not a literal car speaker that causes this, it's a speaker mislabeled as "speaker". Keep an eye out for any changes regarding this, but as this is not a bug, this will be closed. Archived.

Hey, Weazel's local degenerate janitor here to give clarification on gambling ads as there's a clear miscommunication happening here on the suggestion - Weazel has 0 policy disallowing ads relating to gambling, aside from "bingo" ads. Anyone can request gambling ads to be created/ran if you want them, and I've personally even created a popup ad for Weazel to run from time to time to draw more people to the casino, which I've shown below. I think the aspect of people in a smaller environment where they could banter and interact in a more "homey" environment is what people truly miss, and I can see why that would be nice to see a return for that smaller, closer interaction's sake. It would be cool to see a couple of tables put in TLL and YJ so people can play there if they don't want to go to the casino, but they only take cash - not chips. As for the script/"old version" part of this suggestion, in my opinion, the past poker script was not "perfect" and no one saw it as that unless you profited from it being broken. This new poker script is almost 1:1 with how Poker (Texas Hold Em' style) works, and it doesn't have any quirks like magic cards or bugged splits that resulted in so many people losing money on poker. It'd be silly to revert from such a nice, new, polished poker script back to one that had decks of cards that had 6 of the same card in it which resulted in people constantly losing money due to bugs. Quite honestly, it's a part of ECRP's 2018 script that needs to be left in the dust much like the old /modview, the old clothing store menu, and some upcoming UI changes that have been spoken about in the past and are being worked on. Poker tables (low buy-in) at TLL & YJ would be W. If you want high buy-in or a more public, noisy environment, go to the Casino. Going back to the 2018 poker script, L.
