Living in Australia definitely has something to do with it, unfortunately, not much you can do apart moving. Also, GTMP is basically a spaghetti bowl of code in it's early stage, and the newest update broke everything, that's also a part of your issue.

Yes, you can. However, that will probably make the vehicles very very buggy and borderline uncontrollable. The PD has an official ECRP LSPD pack, but I'm not sure that's public property, so I can't share with you, sorry. They struggled to find the right cars without changing the vehicles.meta file. I would recommend only changing the first and the second cruiser.

A way to transfer transfer/remove modifications would be great, however it might be difficult and time consuming to code. Not a priority.

There's probably going to be an update that increases the damage you recieve during a car crash, seatbelts should be implimented with that. I agree with this suggestion, a command like /seatbelt (/sb) which also puts out an automatic "/me buckles his seatbelt." and "/me unbuckles his seatbelt.".

Not easy to script at this point and not necessary. Will most likely be added in the future tho.

Scripted fires might lag the hell out of the server. I don't see the need for it, definitely not a priority.

GTMP doesn't allow server side modding yet. Besides, this is still a game. No need for a driving mechanic that complicates things.

Visual mods are allowed, however mods that give you an advantage (some visual mods do give you an advatage) is not allowed.

That's a good point there.

And here I feel like 10k kilometres for the first degrade is wayyy to much. I would have said 1000-2000, since driving from the inner city to paleto bay and back is like 22 kilometres. It would take players literally years to rack up 100k kilometres.
