Most people don't even understand what role play is. It's snowing outside, lets get my drag bike out boys. :))) Just because game mechanics lets you to do one thing doesn't mean it's RP thing to do. People are here not for fun as everyone knows, lets not pretend that's aint true. The problem with this server is that people don't try to understand how people actually think and play like that, everyone is playing as a hero without any fear of death or consequences. I have seen many times where police actually don't even give a shit that they have a gun on them or someone has a hostage and so on. It's not only gangs it's actually everyone, but it's really sad to see when admins promote really poor roleplay when they should be the ones who shows good rp.

Exactly that's the mentality I'm talking about, IT's A FUC*ING GAME PEOPLE wake up geesh and I don't role play criminal and I just hate the feeling while robbing others. And by rewarding I mean not puting 5 hours of jail time but giving instead 2 hours of jail time. WE ARE HERE TO HAVE FUN and there is no fun since Criminals are salty on PD and try to evade cops since well umm that's what criminals do? And due to such huge amount of jail time criminals are always salty and don't want to rp with you since they don't want to spend 6 hours in jail time. Rather suggestion would be maybe robbed people should get some kind of compensation from criminals rather than to goverment so if they would get robbed they would even earn money as you do in IRL. Criminal Roleplay: Make drugs, Have a illegal gun since you're in a gang, Trying to evade? Failure to evade, reckless operation, endagerment to the public That's atleast 3-4 hours jail time cuz you're a criminal and that's the way you make moneeeeey and that's the way you're supposed to make money as a criminal. And since there's such big punishment there's no room for healthy and fun rp between crims and police since everyone is just salty. Criminals try to evade since they're supposed to evade jail and police gets salty about that since sometimes criminals crosses the line to evade the jail time... The problem is not even the cap it self, the problem is PD higher up's look on this. I have seen multiple times where higher ups says oh you shot at 5 pd officers ATTEMPTED MURDER OF POLICE OFFICER 5X and don't say it's not like that since it is, I've been there I worked in PD and got suspended for rewarding people for good rp which made me "corrupt" (reducing their charges and not giving them bs 5 hours jail time). This can be solved by awarding people for good rp without even implamenting a cap. But ofc big +1

All gangs on this server: We don't give a shit and we don't operate in shadows, we go blasting everywhere we want and we will stop everyone in broad day light to harrass them and if they refuse we will abuse them. Also gangs: We don't operate in shadows but we hate while everyone else snitches on us to police. What is going with gangs from my point of view is just Trigger friendly people with no story behind their gangs, characters or moral grounds just waiting to get some DM action. If everyone acts like DM and then questions why gangs have such poor role. as a Police officer I was always surprised how criminals were openly admitting to police officer they're from a gang, boy IRL it's called gang affiliacion which is illegal. I have litteraly seen many people who starts their gang roleplay with their character story: person A: I've never done a crime and I don't want to do it person B: YEah but lets rob someone person A: Infact I've ran from my country to avoid crime and I would never do that Person B: join our gang mate person A: Oh yeah lets go bois. What I'm trying to say is that gang rp in this server is so low and you're surprised such unhidden sniching is happening?

That's a valid point. I think people here are just too trigger friendly, many times when you just fuck about with people like trying to make jokes n stuff they will just pull out a gun and "op mate hands op" it's no fun in such way and so on.

I remember when I was in police one guy scammed another guys car, basicly they rped writing contract that person A pays person B X ammount of money for the car. Person A admitted not paying for the car and basicly just stealing the car therefore when we came as police we tried to make the person give his vehicle back (remember scammer admitted not paying money therefore contract is not valid and basicly the car is being hold only due to ooc rule that you need to give the vehicle to person by yourself and noone else can do it) but people here are not for RP, he refused to give it back and the person got his vehicle back only with admin help. Another suggestion to add if you turn off engine other person without a key couldn't just hop in and turn it on they would need to start it up with lockpicks. It's really annoying that if you leave ur car unlocked someone can just hop in and start it without keys if the engine is off.

I think FearRP rule is retarted as fuck, I have a friend who's in police and he all the time says the worst days are when you pull out a gun on someone since shit gets out of control, they run, they scream they become agressive and so on. Rather I would say there should be a timer where you need to pull out a gun or so on so you would see he's reaching for a gun and could just gun him down. The main problem with fearRP now that if someone pulls a gun on you first that's it, you can't do anything else since everything will be considered FearRP.

Once again said in many threads, people dont understand both sides we're here to fun we don't need to walk in each other shoes WE'RE HERE to have FUN, but there is no fun in this server, police litteraly just drives around and attempts to punish people. When I was working in pd one guy was evading and was kinda fun and so on, I gave him evading and public, but then other officers got salty since he was shooting at us and so on. This is just a game for fuck sake, no-one apart creators makes money on this server you supposed to have fun here, I still hope that server mentality will change and everyone will come here to have fun but I guess this hasn't happened for 2 years i'm playing here and it won't i think it even got more bad than it was.

I'm not going to spoil things how to evade police really easy, but people dont understand that and I'm not going to give them ooc explanations to how they should evade police IC, but it's really simple and people just can't seem to get that. And I wouldn't even say cruisers are that quick, problem is that people on this server can buy really quick car in one week of grinding so all the people driving cars that's are extremely fast and obviously that would happen in real life if people evade with fast cars goverment will fund cruisers to make them quicker as well...

I understand there's not much to do actually, although trigger friendly people doesn't help on this server. If you have noticed you want just to talk with someone or just mess around 99% of the time they will just pull out a gun on you and rip you off so there's no reall progression towards your story when you get robbed on every corner. I think that server was in a better state when there was only LSPD around, there's not that much of the crime anymore since police is everywhere and once there's small crime going on you get most of the police units onto you and if you drive outside the city you will have also Sheriffs on your as well and you just get punished for massive ammount of fine and jail time. But there's always that saying: OH DONT DO CRIME HUR dur. This server is litteraly based on cop/crim rp, there's nothing going as civilian you can just only be a medic, taxi driver or wazel news guy, there's not much actually going on. Thing the mentality of this server is to punish people, PD punishes criminals and criminals wants to win situations the same way as PD but not many people get's that this is just a game and you should enjoy it and have fun, police takes this game as a second job where you cant mess arround even while this is a game, people get salty when criminals evades and so and so on. It's just a game, just have fun but I guess it's aint fun when you're criminal and you get 50k fines and 3-7 hours of jail time when you're trying just to have fun.

It's people mentality that needs to be changed and I dont think any rules will be changed by that. Yesterday I was just messing with people basicly talking n stuff, so apparently one a just pulled out heavy weapon and shouted "hands up" near the bank, (he was an admin) I mean if admins role play in such mentality what do you expect from ordinary people? I understand from where you come from but to be honest there's no much roleplay, if you want to mess with people (not attack them just to make jokes n stuff) they will pull out a gun instantly on you and basicly that's it you're fucked up under fear rp rule.

I respect you Sanchez, but that's where you're wrong. OOC punishment equal as IC punishment since it's basicly throws you out of the faction forever. In this case I got thrown out for discussing situation that was not in a PD favour. One of the reasons was "hate towards other faction" if you havent even noticed there's people from PD who has quite high rank and bashing others in this discussion for no reason while it's just a discussion that really needs to be adressed in the first place even as we can see most of the people are unhappy about chiefs actions, rather than PD adressing them people are being silenced and insulted and that is the reason why I joined this discussion in the first place while I knew possibility of it backfiring me IC but I wasn't expecting it to actually happen since this was just a DISCUSSION without insulting anyone and I really hoped that PD is reasonable faction. Thing is that Everyone takes this game too serious, even now you have high ranks almost insulting other people in this discussion the same high rank police officers are bashing other people ooc on my FTP's and I'm not even joking, that's why PD has no respect from Criminals nor Civilians because PD tries to hide everything from everyone and bend the rules and even now I see high PD command making points that chief only took a sniper rifle and nothing else. Hell no, he was baiting criminals, breaking fear rp, DM'ing and we all know everyone else in that certain situation would have been banned for long time. As I said adress the problem rather than trying to defend it. Looking from IRL side I know everyone fucks up, I fuck up at my work, my co-workers fucks up at work even my boss fucks up we're just human, but we adress the situation to make sure this will never happen again rather than hiding and being defensive about that but in this particular situation PD is just being hypocritial towards Chief actions and are in denial that even something bad was done there. All in all, this is just a game where PD = Criminals, without one both of sides wont have fun, but I realised that the fun part for both factions is wining a situation not the experience part and that's why we have 4+ hours jail time.

First of all, I wasn't trying to misrepresent the faction if all in all Chief did that and hurted reputation of PD even more, I just said my oppinion on the topic that had no hate towards anyone or bashing anyone, it was my only oppinion on the topic and I believe I have a right to it since Chief's actions led to our all reputation going down drasticly and i was basing on a fact that happened not on a rumours. Second of all PD has ooc rule that if you get punished by admin you will be punished ICLY so don't you tink it's little bit of hypocritical thinking that there was no IC action for throwing hate towards PD while you're one of the most important people in the city ICLY? Basicly even now this proved a point that I got punished icly by oocly means while Chief never received IC punishment, if so rules should apply to all but thing is that if you're chief on this server there's no-one to punish you icly since you have the most power. Anyways I didn't want to bash or insult anyone that was just my oppinion on the matter which I believe I can have one. There is no point to involve in this conversation anymore. Peace out all.

-Update just got thrown out of the PD due to saying the truth and not even trying to offend anyone apparently in 2019 freedom of speech is not found on this server. The law says innocent until proven guilty Chief was proven guilty by admins but somehow pointing out mistakes of one is not okay. I guess AI works the same way.

As I said I have no hate towards Chief, but to decline baiting and breaking fear rp in a situation where he should know better and just showing extremely poor RP can not be just written of as I said he has almost most ic power in town and this comes with responsibility, I have seen PD members thrown out of the deparment for less than that. I dont say Chief is a bad guy nor a good guy but I'm not sure why you're so keen to turn blind eye that he broke pretty serious rules. Corruption is one thing but to be corrupt chief and then break server rules is way to serious and I have no hate towards chief just being non bias, but as I said, if PD chief is not showing extraordinary RP every other faction will have no respect for all officers. Also to be corrupt chief when there's 200 people in server shouldn't be allowed, since either the same group of people gets constantly punished or gets constantly saved it's just too small of player base to be corrupt chief.

I work at PD and I saw what chief did and sorry to say to all PD but that should've been bannable + chief should have been stripped down from his position since PD Chief should hold highest RP standarts and what he did was just baiting and extremely poor RP. Also I believe there should be reasonable changes for criminals I know this makes me corrupt that I give petty 15-30 minute charges if they show really good and fun roleplay, this is a game and I'm not willing to punish someone for 3 hours of jailtime if they want just RP and have fun. Problem with the toxicity between PD/Civilians/Criminals that everyone takes too serious everything while everyone here is just to have fun. I really cant understand your logic, in which country you can drive unregistered vehicle in the first place? your whole suggestion is based on driving scrapyard vehicle which is illegal everywhere... Do I think police charges should change? It should yes, but the whole point you're making is based on your own error and you still don't want to admit your mistake.

Hello All, So basicly my suggestion is simple, to fix car stalling system. So now you hit something and you get stalled, after few tries of starting the car it will eventually start up, but irl once car had an accident it's out. So therefore my suggestion is once car is stalled it would need mechanic to fix it, or some kind of repair kit that mechanics could sell. So what's the positive outcome of this?: -Mechanics wouldn't need just to sit in their workplace 24/7 and would make their job more intresting. -Drivers should drive more carefully since if their car is stalled they would need someone else to fix it. -This would even benefit criminals for pursuits since if police officer is out, he's out for the remaining of the pursuit since now it only affects criminals, if they're stalled they're getting boxed in and it's game over for them. -Driving accidents would be taken more seriously since now if people crash they just drive away and noone bothers even to report it or to investigate it. We can all agree that driving standarts in this server is pretty low and this needs to change.
