Briefly, the new system would include an image that would display once give your badge or license to someone with more information that would possibly include your date of birth and gender, and some basic information. This can be done with an image or the current license/badge system can be revamped with more bullet points added. I personally sometimes forget how old my character is which makes me prone to make mistakes when sending an application or a piece of information to the government where my date of birth is required. This would further push people to portray their characters realistically as they would be bound with some set parameters about themselves.

Los Santos Police Department Los Santos, San Andreas News Release NR069-24th October 25, 2024 Officer Jack Mobray: Can do, Will do Los Santos: The Metropolitan Division houses the D Platoon, more commonly known as Special Weapons and Tactics or SWAT for short, a team of highly trained individuals assigned to tackle high-risk, tactical situations on a daily basis. The root of the success of the Platoon is to be attributed to the strict and detailed training regiment that all aspiring applicants endure within the SWAT Academy at the beginning of their career. This training regiment relies on the efforts of SWAT Instructors to be conveyed to applicants in a fully accurate manner, which is an effort that requires energy, focus, and enthusiasm on a consistent basis. The Metropolitan Division designs, creates, and bestows its very own awards to its Officers based on the recognition of specifically well-executed actions or use of equipment in the field. These awards are dubbed "Challenge Coins", as they signify the challenge imposed on SWAT Officers they have to overcome to be an eligible recipient of such. Today we recognize one specific SWAT Officer and his exemplary efforts in conducting training for aspiring SWAT Officers in a timely and high-quality manner, going above and beyond in their assigned duties. Within each SWAT Academy season this Officer is at the forefront of scheduling and hosting the majority of sessions, allowing each and every applicant to progress in an unobstructed fashion. ---Police Officer III+1 Jack Mobray We would like to thank and congratulate Officer Mobray on becoming the first SWAT Officer to receive their own Challenge Coin, dedicated to displaying his exemplary efforts in his duties, going further than what he has been asked to do. The quote on the coin, "Can do, Will do", taken from the rear bumper SWAT cruisers, represents the role-model mindset and attitude that Officer Mobray employs on a daily basis. Officer Mobray, a veteran of the Los Santos Police Department - Element Leader, Senior Pilot, Court Liaison Officer, and Recruitment Officer are the roles he takes on aside from his regular duties as a Police Officer. Versatile to say the least, Jack leads his peers and subordinates by example, carving the next generation of Police Officers through the Field Training Division, and the next generation of SWAT Officers through the SWAT Academy with his hard-working colleagues. On this occasion we would also like to not only thank the Metropolitan Division, but also every Cadet, Officer, Sergeant, Detective, Lieutenant, Captain, Commander, and each and every Chief for their daily acts of selfless service, noticed and unnoticed work, and for placing their life on the line each and every day to keep the city of Los Santos safe, and the citizens of San Andreas satisfied. With this release we commemorate the fallen Officers that have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, giving their lives for their Department, their colleagues, their beliefs, and their country. We thank them, their families, and express our gratitude and respect for their sacrifice. - ### 69 Sinner Street • Los Santos • San Andreas • 90013 Emergency Hotline: 911 • Public Inquiries • Email: [email protected] "to protect and to serve" -

Seems like a pretty draconian measure for something that can be solved by fixing your irresponsibility. Your numbers are exaggerated, no gang had 100 people in total, let alone online at one time. If criminals were more responsible with the way they interact with one another, and especially the police, you would not have this issue of being constantly checked and suppressed - cops retain a reactive role meaning they usually respond to your behavior and/or actions instead of initiating without due reason. If you get arrested enough times and earn a bad name for yourself, you will get a chopper and two cars stopping you because they know you will likely do something stupid again. Avoid stacking your cars with 4 people and heavies, avoid convoying and shooting cops, and be more calculated when conducting your business and you will find it a lot easier to have a good time.

Narcotics Seizure -N - On the 26th of October 2022, a Patrol Officer with the Vinewood Traffic Division came across a vending machine in the Strawberry area, Forum Drive, that was operating and distributing drug paraphernalia. This would not be the first time something like this would happen - the Officer informed the Metropolitan as well as the Gang and Narcotics Division to investigate the matter. A tactical frequency was employed between the Metropolitan and Gang and Narcotics Division to investigate the matter, and later dismantle the drug trafficking operation. In a secluded alleyway off Forum Drive Detectives and Operatives locked down the surrounding area. - - Following consultation with Government officials as the origin of the vending machine was unknown - as well as who placed it, and who was operating it which is currently being investigated, the vending machine was dismantled, and the contents were seized. The vending machine itself, close to 200 grams of drug manufacturing material including marijuana and marijuana seeds, as well as close to 250 grams of drug paraphernalia in drug manufacturing chemicals were seized from the vending machine, totaling close to half a kilogram of narcotics being sized with a street value estimation of $50,000.00. - - Earlier seizures in the Strawberry area and all across the city of Los Santos have been proven effective in reducing the sale of illegal drugs, and weapon trafficking, with earlier seizures, individually totaling up to $200,000.00 - the last big seizure being in April of this year. The trend of drug possession has been heavily reduced as the Gang and Narcotics Division, as well as Patrol Officers with new initiatives, crack down on drug manufacturing and trafficking.
