In the actual game itself there are many types of body armour and can be easily changed from the ones bought in gun stores to the ones buy able on the black market and given by PD/SD/DOC.

Body armour is a good way to protect yourself and does add that extra bit of feeling safe just like a gun. I do not see why it cant be purchased inside a gun store. I have seen many legal people wearing them so I do not see a problem with it.

Huge +1 it is unfair when someone who works hard loses so much of it to taxes (there is a way to pay less taxes ((vip)) but not all can get it). This should be implemented so people can have a fair chance as all to get the things they wish.

The new UI used in apartments to manage is so much nicer than houses and easier instead of always having to do /addpropertypermission. I think it would also really be easy to implement a system so the manager can give keys to others (which is possibile with the new apartment).

I have a lot of friends with the same problem, ones who were bad but have been all legal for over a year. Something should be done about this, maybe making a separate test for those who wish to re gain their license.

So there are permissions to build and access a property but not one to be able to give keys to others, for realtors it can be a pain to get the owner of the house to be able to give keys to other people (often they lose intrest) this way it can be done on the spot using a command like /addpropertypermission ID keymanagment It is a small simple addition that i feel is really needed.

I believe if you are a manager of a property, you should be able to have more power. For example, Be able to give keys to other people. Set a price on the door with approval from owner. The reason for this is because if one is a realtor and wants to give access to someone interested in renting or buying, you should be able to give keys without having to contact the owner. Most real estate companies work like this in real life.

When you rent houses that you don't own to others, it is frustrating that you need the owner to come in the city to give the keys to the renter. Make it in such a way that the owner can give you the permission (to give keys) to people renting the house. That way it is all down to the real estate agent and the owner of the house can remain anonymous.
