  1. A very nice suggestion. Would like to see this!
  2. If that is the case it's truly unfortunate but I have a hard time believing it since your friend ID 153 who stood right next to you responded to my comment by saying in OOC chat with "he saw you looting, he had dm rights". I will leave the rest up to the staff.
  3. Thank you for your response. I would like to say that I did ask you to save your pov just as I had been downed as can be seen in the closing seconds of my video or in the screenshot below. You also said in OOC chat that you could show me your pov of the situation, unfortunately I did not save anymore footage from the situation than the video provided. But I'm sure that what I'm stating here can be confirmed by checking the chat logs around the provided timestamp. If MrWonanother or YoSoyCrim have any questions for me I will gladly answer them.
  4. Player(s) being reported: ID 93 Date of interaction reported: 12/09/20 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1599946509 Your characters name: Jerome_Henderson Other player(s) involved: ID 153 Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. Players may not kill victims who have complied with a plausible demand in reasonable time unless involved in severe hostile activity against them or an ally within 3 hours. Players on foot should only be attempted to be hit with a vehicle once with valid motive. Vehicles cannot be used as weapons in active shootouts unless where unavoidable. Players must be able to explain their reason and provide proof of prior reasoning if requested. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand. How did the player break the rule(s)? I found a guy laying injured on the ground, decided to check if he had anything in his pockets. Another person (ID 93) came around so I decided to leave the area. ID 93 and ID 153 started following me but gave no demands. I continued to cruise along thinking that they would eventually break off. After a while I stop for a second to see what they had to say. ID 93 gets off his bike and I take off before he can take out a gun or give me any form of demands. I did a quick wheelie to get away from them as fast as I could. He proceeds to shoot me down and injure me. Evidence of rule breach:
  5. 賭博 (Gambling) One afternoon Thomas and Jerome met up after a quick conversation over the phone. Both were in a gambling mood and decided to go shoot some dice. It had been a good while since they tossed against the walls of Little Seoul, as usual they had them stored in their bags all polished up ready to go. After a quick call over the radio they gathered two more members who also wanted to partake. The spot chosen had a great overview of the surrounding area with multiple escape routes in case any hostile groups were to show up or if the Police decided to interrupt their illicit activities. Being familiar with the alleyways they knew where to conceal their weapons and still have easy access to them if necessary. After a short while their presence was noticed by two men who approached them asking to join in. Since The Four Seas Order is welcoming and helpful to all citizens of Little Seoul they gladly accepted the request and invited the men to gamble with them. Oliver Ng was first out to challenge one of the men to a best of three, bets were placed, $1,000 was the sum. On this day the gods of gambling were against Oliver, he lost a thrilling match against the man, but he wouldn’t back down. After the last dice were thrown he turned around pointing towards the other man challenging him in an attempt to win back his money. Multiple people came and went as they continued to gamble throughout the afternoon, some weren’t as fortunate and others made lesser riches. At the sessions end “Charles” had money to claim, Thomas willingly went with him to the ATM around the corner to give him his winnings. Even in the face of defeat, The Four Seas Order stays true to their word and upholds promises given.
  6. I forgot to mention in the original post that I had stored a sawed-off shotgun in the bike. I assume Martin found it and logged off afterwards.
  7. Player(s) being reported: ID 279 Date of interaction reported: 04/09/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1599247933 Your characters name: Jerome_Henderson Other player(s) involved: Tom_Fitz, Travis_Blotcht, Charlie_Lau Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Players are required to remain IC at all times. RP can only be paused or voided by admins. If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior. Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game. Players can’t depict their character with real images or game images not possible on ECRP. Examples: Ignoring RP, baiting government services without proper IC reason, asking to be killed or forcing your own death, unrealistic stunt jumping, misusing expensive vehicles, using script work vehicles for other purpose, submerging any vehicle in water intentionally, swimming for an unrealistic amount of time in a chase, or stealing from / tampering with an OOC F4 menu. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 279 had been lurking around our parking lot for quite some time and several times been caught picklocking bikes and cars. He was told to leave and not to come back again but ignored this. This time he stood next to my bike and repeatedly pressed "F" to get on it as soon as it was unlocked. I unlocked my bike to leave and instantly he was on it and drove off. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/tedwd7
  8. I can agree on that. Weight is still weight regardless of it being in your pocket or on your back.
  9. I posted that screenshot to show that I've witnessed what OP claims. And the same rules should be applied to all players, regardless if they're members of PD, SD, DOC or if they're criminals. We're limited to carry a certain weight in the inventory but we can carry an infinite amount of guns and ammo if it's equipped.
  10. Player(s) being reported: ID 243 Date of interaction reported: 15/04/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1586978307 Your characters name: Enrique Hernandez Other player(s) involved: Tom Brown Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose. • Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof that would give you a valid reason not to return. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. 12. New Life Rule (NLR) The new life rule is triggered whenever a player’s character spawns at a hospital. Players cannot force their own death. The deceased character loses memory of their death, the events that caused it and the information collected in that time frame. Example: A player is killed in a robbery. The player’s knowledge of the robbery, the robber and their death is not usable by the player in their new life. All parties involved must avoid interaction with each other for 30 minutes. A player must not return to the area of their death for that time frame or attempt to retrieve lost possessions from involved How did the player break the rule(s)? I heard gunshots going off and drove to the location, when I arrived I saw a man running around the building. I followed him to try and arrest him, When I a few seconds later found him around the corner he RP'd shooting himself in the head. Myself and Tom_Brown tried to explain that a player can't force his own death. 243 called for an admin and Tom_Brown denied Death RP. 243 then said "nah fk this shit den" "ban me ima go for a real rp server" and logged off. I waited 15 minutes for him but he didn't return. Evidence of rule breach:

Something needs to change regarding combat logging. It's the worst of all rule breaks since it hinders everyone else's RP. I'd like to see an even stricter system than the one above. You get one strike then you get a ban with a chance to appeal.
  13. I think that most of us feel that if our normal supply of guns or a new one was introduced we would love to do RP scenarios and events without having any reward for it. The reasoning behind the weapon or cash reward is simply an idea for an alternative way to get weapons as a criminal. There is no need for the hostile tone between us. At the end of the day the LEO factions depend on criminal RP to have any reasonable RP of their own. I feel that if you main a character in a LEO faction you should be more supportive of expanding criminal RP.
