  1. I think that most of us feel that if our normal supply of guns or a new one was introduced we would love to do RP scenarios and events without having any reward for it. The reasoning behind the weapon or cash reward is simply an idea for an alternative way to get weapons as a criminal. There is no need for the hostile tone between us. At the end of the day the LEO factions depend on criminal RP to have any reasonable RP of their own. I feel that if you main a character in a LEO faction you should be more supportive of expanding criminal RP.
  2. I yelled "Hands up" 4 times. The bush was never between us when demands were giving, only after you pulled your shotgun out.
  3. Player(s) being reported: ID 102 Date of interaction reported: 16/03/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1584384453 Your characters name: Jerome_Henderson Other player(s) involved: Al_Fang, Vince_Draco, Brian_Walky among others. Specific rule(s) broken: Non-rp Fear RP 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? We got a radio call that two of our faction members had Police pull up on them while chopping a car, knowing this would lead to their arrest we went up to Chiliad to assist them. Upon arriving at Chiliad we briefly grouped up and proceeded to go inside of the location to free our comrades. I exit my vehicle and run towards my friend who stands closest to me. I draw my AK and start to aim it at the Sheriff arresting my friend. I'm giving him multiple demands with a clear and loud voice from a close range which he ignores. I notice that the third Sheriff at the scene is firing upon another of our members who is here to help with the situation. I look towards his direction for a split second and fire a few shots at the Sheriff shooting at him before pointing my gun back at ID 102 and giving him yet another demand which he again, ignores. He then proceeds to pull out his own weapon and we engage on each other. This all majorly affected the outcome of the scenario, I died and lost 1 AK with about 45 ammo remaining, 1 Heavy Pistol with about 60 ammo and a bag. The weapons hold a very high value to criminals right now since we currently don't have any steady supply of weapons. It also limited our chance of escape and in the end Vince_Draco and Brian_Walky got arrested. ID 102 also died a few moments later. Had the rules for Fear RP been followed this could have been resolved without any of our characters dying and us having a clean escape. I tried to reach out to ID 102 after the incident and was met with an almost condescending attitude, which I feel isn't necessary but does mark the distinct gap that exist between legal and criminal factions. Thank you for taking the time to read this report. Evidence of rule breach:
  4. This is something our faction does on a weekly basis.
  5. The suggestion of every gang with rights having their own source is the option I favour.

    ID 82 VDM

Player(s) being reported: ID 82 Date of interaction reported: 27/02/2029 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1582813131 Your characters name: Jerome_Henderson Other player(s) involved: Nova_Zhou, Vince_Draco, Tony_Kwang, James_Oakley among others. Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 82 came from behind in his car as I was running away from the scene and back to my car. He runs me over and leaves me injured on the ground. He then does a 180 turn to run over the next person, Nova_Zhou ID 104 and thus breaking the VDM rule. Evidence of rule breach:
  7. I agree that a DoJ will not work since it would take too long. But there needs to be a system where you can dispute charges other than the IA report system. It's not justifiable that you should serve time and pay fines for a crime you might be innocent of, especially if you were to have recording of the situation which got you the charge.
  8. Fully agree. Needs a quick fix asap
  9. +1 Maybe it could even be in the general stores. Since it's a common tool and really nothing criminal.

    ID 67 - DM

Hello and thank you for responding. The radio calls you're speaking of is not me, that's Vince_Draco ID 17 speaking on my radio. The miss click let the radio be active for .5s and I did not utter a single word. Please look at the video I attached as evidence once more.

Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? We were cooking at the north drug lab and three people roll up. ID 67 appears in front of me with his gun drawn and tells me to put my hands up. I follow his orders and put them up. He proceeds to tell me to follow him inside of the lab. I hit 'M' by mistake, I tried to hit 'N' to tell him I'm coming inside. Before I get the chance to correct my mistake he ask me why I talked on the radio and proceeds to first gun me down and then finishes me off after I said in /b that I hit 'M' by mistake. You can clearly see that my radio was only active for a split second and that I didn't say anything over the radio. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/1fw2v
