Ain't OTF got a Head Admin in their gang? Dont we have official Gang Leaders who also roleplay as cops arresting rival gang members? And yall wonder why the server is toxic, really? It should be plain as day at this point. EDIT: Also yall need to really start listening to Bala. Only staff that has continuous unbiased takes and genuine solutions.

Grand idea... with how dead the server is for new players, like sometimes a literal ghost town those other voices on the radio might help. ..thats if we even have multiple new players at once anymore.

1. Stop letting Gang leaders have a cop alt. Of course this is going to be lead to issues..This should be the most obvious thing to anyone around. Humans are humans and ive yet to meet anyone that does not hold the capacity to metagame. I literslly watched a gang leader be on their cop alt, areange a meetintg, change to their crim player and do the meeting. And this is somone who was also a mod at one point and is the head if a recognized gang 2. Actually have FM manage the cops.. dont just sit bacj for months and do diddly squat, train the players... Also, - have cops stop their movements when players begin typing, allowing for actual rp. I try to do a /me attempts to point gun at own head But by the time im done typing g im already tazed and in cuffs. Cops then suggest we "Dice for it" lol yeah ok

Team work, coordination, teamspeak, infinite load outs, infinite vehicles, heavy armour, awesome guns, other cops on GPS, panic buttons.... the list goes on and on. If you cant catch crims with the entire weight of the server backing you then you might wanna change professions lol I think the cops have just a few little tools to help them out, just a few like.

Who cares what you can do IRL, this is a game lol IRL we can do millions and millions of things we can't do here... ill never understand the IRL argument.

So clearly police cannot even be trusted with a tazer. I remember when FM use to actually train officers in RP. When to take action, when not. This is a cultural issue that only staff/admin can fix. If it doesn't get fixed then you know staff/admin either did not even try, or they just aren't capable. Can only blame staff for this issue.

Makes sense on paper. Just makes me think very few crims are going to ever call 911. If they bleed out they lose their shit. If they ring 911 and there is a chance PD show up then they lose their shit, and go to prison. Something needs to be done just not sure this is the way.

So what was the verdict/outcome of this, if anything? Do we dice for it? Has this been added to the dev roadmap? Are there new PD policies about this?
