Again, till now, I am confident that there was no mistake in my RP. Probably it was misunderstanding in RP meaning but I am confident in my RP We are obliged to let people walk freely without drag command for better experience. I could have done that and my RP supports me there. Yet, I am not willing to go more into this argument and I will leave it for the staff More of that, you saw me phasing through cars as they were apart from each other, not as close as they were in your screen. So, you took advantage of the fact you have to circle away from me around the cars to continue with my RP

I will let you know that the deputy who showed up to the scene was told to hold off and i actually didn't approach any closer, matter of fact, i went back a few steps as I thought I RP'd grabbing you as it always happens. After the given 3 seconds, you decided to continue running and that's when I shouted to the deputy to follow you. Backup was already on the way way back. So him showing up got nothing to do with it as the foot pursuit was also called in. You were told I was gonna report but when you had me go doubting myself and go through the RP, i realized that I RP'd helping you up not holding you and that's when I knew it's not worth. Keep in mind that I told you follow me as I did drag and un-drag you as you get stuck after cuffs. With the saying of any stupid move I will tase you doesn't mean that I am leaving you, resisting, attacking or acting dumb IC'ly is considered a stupid move. With you complaining about how I was able to hold you and hold the taser, it's not like I am holding a minigun. You That all can be seen with me staying back from the you and not rushing until you decided to turn around and run. You stopped by the fence to scroll up the chat which basically was on you, not me. Again, when we both dropped the argument on the way to prison, I thought it made sense to you. But seems not Also, with the /me reaches over for 122's person and pulls them up on their feet - /do would they comply and move along | That states or at least what it meant to me that I am helping you up on your feet by getting hold of you and moving you along with me to the cruiser which again is the purpose of my RP which you answered yes to

Player(s) being reported: ID 357 Date of interaction reported: 02/MAY/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1588447193 Your characters name: Robert Jeys Other player(s) involved: Multiple PD members Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? Basically, ID 357 lost control of their vehicle and stalled it. As multiple officers surrounded them with heavy firearms, they just changed his frequency like nothing and then started complying afterwards. Evidence of rule breach: Evidence
  4. As previously mention, I was the driver of the insurgent. Your footage clearly supports our claim as there was an active shootout on that side with other individuals from large distance. I find it hard to blame us for you driving through a scene knowingly it's an active shootout. As your footage provide heavy fire in the back ground as you were approaching the scene here You still continued to drive through slowly and attempt to circle around by entering the highway and through an active shootout and me attempting to shield the officers on scene when the kamacho decided to go right infront of me. The timing was bad as I was leaving the spot and UNINTENTIONALLY tabbing the vehicle causing you to spin out and catch a couple more bullets from the crossfire. With shots flying through to the other side and you being stuck there in the line of fire; it became worse when the blue Jester leaving decided to ghost behind your vehicle and my insurgent to escape which yet gets us back to the point of why would you be entering an active shootout, slowly driving through and circling around as if you're going to McDonald's drive through. As the footage shows below, the tab was a desync then once it was clear to me that you're stuck in the middle of the shooting, I shoved you away with intent to help you. Again, I am speaking for myself not for anyone else but that would be the logical explanation to this whole situation with you.
  5. ID 131 - So I was driving the insurgent securing the the road and providing cover to the scene as we had shots from across the street on us when I saw the Triad vehicle joining the scene from the south. As you were leaving and as you see I thought you will double back and tried to block your way by parking in-front. However, the minute you were taking the off-ramp, I decided to turn around and go some where else as it was unidentified as threat. The first hit that got you to spin out was by a mistake as it never happened on my screen and was never intended. However, your presence in the crossfire got you to catch some bullets which is unfortunate as you should have avoided slowly watching the scene and probably picked up the speed to leave the scene. Anyways, as you were catch bullets and as you span out after the first ram which didn't not happen on my screen and me seeing you turning around to the scene, I definitely identified you as hostile as we were in an active shootout with some Triads and Zetas. With that identification based on multiple things, I decided to shove you away but giving a small nudge to your front bumper as it was clear to me in my screen you lost tires. You were sent away and that's when I stopped following you or going after you with an intention to attack you. Moreover, mistakes happened from both sides as your gang was identified in the shootout by other officers and you passing down there slowly next to an active shootout scene without any reasonable estimation of the situation or even how we were on high alert during the shootout. With IC motives, I am pretty sure the shove away with my insurgent was pretty justified. In the end, this is just my side of the story and my explanation. I might have acted poorly in your opinion but it's what happened.
