+/- its a sync issue. Also it will be very weird to have npc walking around when there has been none at all. I like the idea though

They show on the side of the screen. Its not perfect but you can check there. and worse comes to worse you hit alt.

I feel like some of the server rules should be less strict. But from what i have seen and watched is that if we give people an inch they will try to go a mile. I also think that if people would spend time teaching people correctly how to use /me's and /do's it would help people a lot. And those who do know how to use them do something more than "/do s?" which is unfortunately done all the time The quiz tbh needs a rework. I don't know how to make it better with out make it so new people to roleplay can join in and learn. The other 2 parts I am not going to answer as I am a part of both.

Bike should only be worth 250k not 3 mil.

-1. The bike was previously over powered. The bikes handling was update to make it more realistic for it being a drag racing bike

-1. I truly think that you should be making a new character if you want to be part of multiple groups.

+/- I think that times should stay the same but you have to spend a minimum of 50% of your time or 2 hours. Which ever is greater in jail and the rest of the time can be spent playing on an alt were the time decreases either by 1/2 or 1/3 of the speed it normally goes.

1.1 Made pitting look really weird. And what Alex said also is very true. Cars don't respond the same way as they do in irl so we are forced to have some change. Also most cars should not be going 175km+ for as long as they do due to wear and tare to tires.

Yes but no. Some of the cars should have lower/smaller tanks. You arent paying the same so they should be using less fuel. I think that some tweaks should be made but the bifta and most bikes should stay were they are.

I do think stabilization should be a timer like cpr. that is 3 to 4 times longer then cpr. I dont think death rp should ever be added back unless its a complete ck of the character were you loose everything.
