This gets suggest every 6 months and the same convo has. No other big servers let cops be loot able for reasons stated previously. Secondly the devs said a year or two ago that they would never implemented this as for the already said reasons. So I think this thread should just be locked and archived.

I love snow but can we please remove the blizzard weather. It makes it unplayable as visibility is practically gone.

I think these are great. My only concern is sync. Because rage is ass for it and the server has seemly showing 0.036 sync recently.

I think the repair system could change but that’s not the core issue. (As someone who crashes semi frequently. If I go repair a cruise it takes almost 5 min to be remotely useful between getting a new one and getting close enough to the pursuit. The same is if I go to deploy alpha ) Nobody is trying anything new when it comes to pursuits. Pd and sd are both very reactive in how the deploy and strategies assets. I 100% agree with what @Clanksaid. People used to do more when we had better equipment bc they actually cared to get away. we lost a 4 stack kamacho (which is pretty slow) last night bc it just out smarted us and forced units to crash out. They took that opportunity to do stuff alpha could not follow and got away. If your unable/unwilling to try anything new and just going to complain about loosing you should look in the mirror and ask who’s really at fault.

The amount of pursuits we loose on the daily is insane. If you can't beat us it really is almost a skill issue. Especially with me driving around. People use to loose us all the time in elegy retro customs and saltan rs which max out at 220 because they new how to drive.

I think it would be an interesting event to have a time frame with limited car parts so that as cars got repaired it would make it so that less would be available to the rest of the population. I think it would be nice to shake up some of the meta even going back to some cars that used to be really popular but no longer are. I really don't have a great way of implementing it other then having an ooc counter that mechanics have and they mark each time a car is repaired and when it hits 0 (or the limit) there is a cool down before they are able to repair the car.

Its seeming to become more of a problem of pursuits either being restarted or voided due to small bits of lag or desync. It does suck that some times it is cuts off due to stuff out side of your control but we all (on the leo side) deal with lag and desync that messes us up and we kinda just let it slide. These admin sits are just so slow and take for ever. Less admin sits the better. Sorry this is a mumble but I am tired and slightly annoyed.

Following the new update we get spammed with the creation of new units due to there now being 4 new factions that have the ability to create units. It clogs up text chat with us being notified that they are being created and are displayed in the MDC which does not make sense as they do not have access to it. Pls fix as it would be a great QoL

Not really. Join PD/SD and see how hard it is to join one of the air support divisions and how few people are actually allowed to deploy them. Secondly even fewer people have access to high speed that can catch up with the new cars. This really seems like a post cry after being caught. It is not that hard to loose air if your smart. Ask the countless crims who do it daily. I know @Chrisy has lost me quite a few times while i have been flying just bc he is goateed.

I am going to start with I think the new changes are really good but there is only one real issue and that is the new police scanner allows you to talk on it. The main reason behind this is that its going to get misused to hard and we are just going to be ear raped for 3 min. It happened today with some people screaming random things using it. And It is kind of weird that you can talk on our radio with a scanner which is supposed to just listen in to the radio. Again this is not to bash crims but to make it a little bit more reasonable and so that PD/SD radio does not become completely useless.

I think this is a better system that was there before. As someone who was a part of FM for a long while and has seen how it works on both sides I really think this is a good change and a good stepping and starting zone. Rome was not built in a day and this will not be perfect day but its a good start. I really hope we get more different types of gangs again that care more than just shooting.

-1. I don't think the server has changed enough in a positive manner for this to be done by the event team. While I love the idea I think it would just lead to massive shootouts again which really does not bring any sort of new RP.

Back when ballas was a server faction (like lost) we used to harass @TheCactus and @alexalex303 any time they would come to there house. We made it hell for them at times and other times we let them pass. They knew what we wanted. There is more to rp than just robbing and shooting them. You just have to be creative. Yes it sucks that they own the house but there is only so many on the map that can be bought. So it just happens at times. Your gang might come after they bought the house or they don't know about you. It happens. But you figure out how you want to drive the story of your character and it affects the server.

@DoubleAI think this is a great suggestion but I am going to be honest its going to move from you sitting in the middle of a street stabilized to sitting in the back of a cop car at md or in a tiny cell at paleto/mission row before being transferred to DOC. I just think the issue is that there is not enough people to do all of the rp and unfortunately it leads to people sitting around somewhere on both sides. Maybe being forced to transport to md faster might help but I don't know. (I do understand that you can add charges after being in prison but it can be buggy sometimes and makes it nearly impossible to do any questioning rp or talking with once they have been transferred.)

This would be a nice thing for atc also. I believe the current issue is the limitation in the number of active voip channels that you can be in at one time with out issues happening.

+/- I think physical money is great and could boost rp ops but with the current state of the UI would be more trouble than what it is really worth. If we ever get a new UI that would allow for the selection of a certain amount of items then I think it would be great to do.

I am pretty sure its against the rules to try and bait people into breaking rules.

I think it is quite stupid for harden criminals to be making IA's because a cop tells them to fuck off or is rude to them on a scene as an IA would be drawing more attention to themselves than they really should be wanting for a cop. They really only should be using it for OOC IA's.
