  1. What are you talking about? I replied directly to someone saying this feature doesn't exist, when it very much does. You do not need to go to "truckers" yard to view orders, or even be a trucker.
  2. As of right now, NCZ's are still heavily abused by criminals. You will get in a chase, lose them for a minute or two and go to bank and immediately see people whom just killed friendly faction members, or committed some sort of heavy criminal act and the excuse is "you lost eyes on me" whether it be 30 seconds, or a couple of minutes. I don't believe it makes any sense for a vehicle filled with people who just shot down and murdered others should be able to camp at a place as such, regardless of us "losing eyes or not". Now I've tried to sort this ICly as well, but that usually turns into PD "targeting us" which.. is very unfortunate. CURRENT RULE: SUGGESTED CHANGE: Add a timer, similar to the "cannot log during RP", say for x amount of time persons whom just engaged in criminal activity cannot flee to the bank (any NCZ) whatsoever. Also potentially adding a "cool down" for gang members, in colors.. as I regularly see gang meets and such at bank, and.. it's just miserable to watch. Something like "you cannot be stood at an NCZ for more than X amount of time in gang colors".
  3. Why are we mad, and why does this have Zetas in the title at all? You made a frag video with what.. 4 clips? 1 shows you "shooting at a zetas member" and another shows you downing one, the other two clips are with different organizations entirely. In my personal opinion, don't stray from your roots man, this isn't a good look, despite what anyone tells you.
  4. Something I've noticed while watching PD game play is their cruisers ability to essentially grant infinite vests & ammo, as long as they're able to interact with it. I personally don't think it makes a ton of sense for a standard cruiser to be equipped with multiple vests / infinite amounts of ammo. I think these items should be limited to a PD armory/locker room to ensure situations aren't as simple as -> situation ends, re-gear at the cruiser. I feel this would at least force down time in between major situations, and add a bit more depth depending on how the situation went. tldr; right now it feels like officers are able to hit a bind, and be ready for the next situation on demand, as long as they survive a gun fight.
  5. It happens on a regular basis.. actions, not words.
  6. This is so far from the truth, there are so many events ran without any incident at all. There have been maybe.. 3-4 club raids in total? If that.. I'm so confused at all these incidents people keep mentioning.
  7. Except for the part in which that "criminal empire" did everything correctly for the most part, blue wasn't associated with that situation until a lone officer ran into us, (which was entirely the opposite direction from the criminals who ACTUALLY committed the raid ran) and decided to play super cop, sparking a massive shoot out. Let's not talk about "great rp" from that scenario, because it'll just derail this thread entirely.
  8. Fortunately we are smart enough to cover our tracks, by diluting the message through several steps, but if they did manage to catch us, it would definitely cease. Why would you think it would persist if we were caught? Strange assumption. There are next to no rewards either man, it's RP.. for the sake of RP, do you understand? Isn't that the goal at the end of the day?
  9. "The RP is shit, bla bla bla" ex·tor·tion /ikˈstôrSH(ə)n/ noun the practice of obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats. Just because you have a hard time seeing, or understanding the backstory.. doesn't mean it doesn't exist. No one should go into these clubs wanting to hurt anyone; it's simple a show of force saying "this can happen". I forgot everyone is a tough guy and wants to pull a gun in a situation that is entirely unwinnable, or believes they can simply hide behind PD, but to think extortion doesn't occur in America, and has been forever basically is a bit confusing, to say the least. Everyone loves to speak poorly on the standards of criminal RP, but the reality is a lack of understanding on the other side for what our actual goals are and it's a huge shame.
  10. Have you ever been to a casino? They literally have their OWN armed security. It's very EVIDENT why that is an NCZ, and I'm confused at why you cannot understand that. Are you really gonna compare Commerce Casino to Playhouse Hollywood? No, because they are not the same things. Please be logical about this.
  11. My man are you okay? This happened over a month ago and doesn't affect RP whatsoever in this case . I won't bother replying to you anymore, as you clearly seem to have some trouble distinguishing what's going on. This thread was made, and is being pushed by people whom this scenario has actually affected and it seems extremely bias that they are sitting asking for "NCZ's" to be put up around their club.
  12. This is you being unable to see RP for what it is, but you were visited by a man in black some time ago. Perhaps you won't ignore it next time. This is me trying to help you understand the logic behind it, as this is all OOC. If we defend Tavern with our heavies, then the government comes and shuts us down. I'm not sure what you're on about, bud.
  13. yeah, the guys who think we lost hundreds of thousands in heavies think we did it for the 5 pistols, and 3 drinks that probably didn't even get removed from the scene. it's crims who are constantly badgered about their RP standards, when we're actually trying to create "deep" rp without incident, but people tend to see right past that as long as it serves them properly.
  14. If Tavern would have ever been defended by heavy weapons, etc; I would have had the club taken from me. This is just more ignorance, upon ignorance and the two major proprietors of this thread are people who have tried, and failed to succeed at doing what we have done. This is just silly, gonna keep it 100. Tavern never touched "door fees", it was all done by hand with a proper security team. We also must be the worst criminals in the world in Zetas, because not only do we hope for a criminal update, but PD have themselves said that we could use one, further arguing our point behind the idea that criminals could use some more content to occupy themselves. End of the day, you were given an IC ultimatum and you felt because your partner was apart of PD, that you would be okay. Guess you were wrong!
  15. To believe there is 0 RP purpose behind it just shows clear ignorance. I say that with all due respect, but there is most definitely reason, and prior role play to facilitate that. I think NCZ's in general hurt RP, and to simply add blanket methods to remove RP entirely is just confusing.
  16. @GOAT Great thread, something that this side of the spectrum has struggled with for some time now. This cannot be farther from the truth; every major war has had issues on both sides to some extent, but those who stick out as consistent rule breakers tend not to have any "long term life", as they perpetually break rules, even after appeal after appeal. Other than the Vice war and the most recent Council vs Wanted war, (which I believe is probably the most respectful war I've been apart of) most of the opposition tends to get "fed up" of losing, and sorta tend to stop paying attention to rules, either trying to bait reports.. or ultimately getting in trouble themselves. Any war that has ended with people being removed from the server over major rule breaks is likely due to their inability reasonably follow rules and use proper IC means as the rules were not quite as strict as they are now. I think its a bit interesting you made this claim, considering your former gang was a huge perpetrator of this reporting culture. I can recall from those days, that gang purposefully used target reports on opposing groups in hopes to get people in trouble and had zero issues with making it known that it was ultimately the intent to "forum war". The rules do, in fact work, but at times, punishments are a bit extreme, not necessarily due to circumstance but due to how "on the rails" punishments can be; Appeals exist for this reason, if you cannot fade repeating the same mistakes after being severely punished for it multiple times.. it sorta doesn't seem like much of a server issue anymore. @OBESEthis is in no way a personal attack towards you, we've had great interaction ICly; Just something I wanted to give my opinion on.

    Los Zetas

Truckers Depot As of recent, the Los Zantos 24/7 has received an a ton of attention, and while attention is good for such a store, eyes can always been concerning in this line of work. With LZ247 being one of the core hang out spots for the Zetas, it was no surprise that eventually the block would become hot from constant law enforcement presence; it was clear things needed to change for the Zetas, to ensure business continued as usual. After some discussion, it was decided that we would migrate and locate a property in which we could ensure was considered private to ensure we could conduct ourselves without constant harassment. We looked all over Los Santos, eventually landing on the east side finding a relatively inexpensive truck depot that had no longer been operational. We spent some time scouting the place to ensure no one else had been hanging around, and after a few days we had confirmed the place to be vacant, ultimately acquiring the property and shifting our operations over. We could now continue to interact with customers, associates, and socialize with the city, with an added level of privacy.

    Updated front page.
  19. It also sounds bias when you reply to him, name dropping us. Your gas station is still in "public" and if "RP" is what you're about, you would recognize the fact that you're occupying a major gas station, on a major highway that would RPly be extremely populated. Instead there is a "rust-like" set up, used for baits, sick RP I guess. Everywhere should be considered "in public" unless it's in an isolated area, ie. nothing receiving major traffic in proximity.
  20. It's incredibly easy to acquire a lightweight vest in the states; those who are making this argument should do a bit of research on how readily available they actually are.
  21. I don't think many "criminals" from that era would say it was "very enjoyable" nor am I entirely sure it would make sense to nerf a "revolver".. as they do in fact pack a very serious punch "IRL". I also don't see them as being much more immersive on any level, as modern "sheriffs" aren't running around with a .44 magnum, nor would any reasonable criminals in my opinion.
  22. Then stop doing it. There is no excuse in my head, in which I can understand criminals spending more than a few minutes at bank. The fact that criminals still utilize the bank for meetings, and as an ability to stay "safe" hurts criminal RP so much.
